Research, not just opinion,

It's refreshing to have a diet book backed up by science - albeit nearly all the author's own research. I liked the style and the author's personality shows through her writings.
Negatives? Some acknowledgement that this is, in fact, a diet and that it can be tough at times.
All in all, the best diet book I've read since the early writings of Robert Atkins. That one worked, but I couldn't sustain it. This one works (more slowly than I'd wish!) but I'm finding it far easier to stick to.
