I exclusively exercise to Denise Austin DVDs. I still have the "Hit the Spot" VHS tapes and I still think they are great! Up until recently, I stayed mainly with the toning and weight DVDs. I don't care for "cardio only" exercising, because I can't "see" the results, but decided I should do more cardio.
The Boot camp DVDs combine cardio with strength training and weights and that's why this DVD is perfect for me. This might seem easy to someone who does a lot of cardio, but for me it is a real workout.
