The book is well written with a lot of good detail. Especially liked the options he had for starting the diets. Ranging from the 7 day vegetarian diet for fast weight loss, to a slower one that was more balanced for a slower weight loss.
Had a hard time finding the recipes because they were not indexed in the back of the book. Finally found them after thumbing through the it. That's the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five.
It would make it a lot easier to follow if he were to put the page number that the recipe was on by the recipe and list them in the index.
