If you are interested in a simple guide to a Paleo disease free lifestyle for better health and better weight control, read this book. Strangely enough, it starts with what a caveman would eat. You will learn the underlying principles behind the lifestyle, the science of how it works, how to get started by stocking your kitchen and what to do when you are at a restaurant.
You do not need to follow a food chart and count calories. Learn all about Gluten intolerance, the disease of affluence and how to follow a few simple rules of what groups of foods to eat and what groups of foods to avoid. The groups are logical and easy to remember. The book lets you know how to ease into the plan for the first 30 days and how to continue after. If you are into recipes, there are plenty from which to choose.
