Is Call of Duty a revolutionary game? Yes. Love it or hate it, this is the military FPS that all military FPSs want to be. For everyone popping out of the woodwork to bash it (I don't really understand why you're paying $60 for a game you're obviously predisposed to hate, but whatevs), why would you buy Star Trek and complain that you didn't get Star Wars? At this point, you should know what you're getting yourself into. If you hate CoD so much, go pull your hair out and break your TV with Medal of Honor or Battlefield and their sh***ty controls. Most of the reviews I read say you lost interest around MW2. Well, MW2 was released three years ago, so if you find yourself smashing your head against the wall because BO2 SUXXXX!!1!!11, you have no one to blame but yourself.
For fans of the franchise, you're going to love this game. When it was first announced and we saw the first screenshots, I was really worried that this was going to be the first truly subpar game in the series. But Treyarch has really delivered. The graphics are great, and there are a lot of new features in multiplayer I think people are really going to love. Rest easy, your money won't be wasted.
