Another diet book? But the price was right and I had the time to read it. I was delighted and felt like I learned a few things. I recommend this book as a concise way to get some diet advice from someone who successfully lost a lot of weight and provided his before and after pictures. It felt authentic when the author described how scales can discourage us and therefore we should rely more on how our clothes fit than on weighing ourselves too frequently. Now that I am actually losing weight I believe this guy is correct about the power of motivation.
