5.0 out of 5 stars `What can I use as a reminder to think positively first thing in the morning?', November 2, 2009
Increased self-awareness can result in personal growth as a consequence of positive change. Many of us strive to improve our relationships or to improve the way in which we handle certain situations. In this book, Mr Armstrong has compiled a number of thoughts and reflections to assist on this journey.

Nine different subject headings (including Thoughts, Feelings, Relationships, and Power) address different aspects of life and relationships. This is a book to be savoured, not devoured. Each thought and its corresponding reflection is a potential springboard for change - if desired. I like this book: I am working at incorporating some of the reflections into my thinking each day. The possibilities are energising.

 H. Schneider says:
I don't think I can follow you there, I am too frivolous for positive thoughts first thing in the morning. My first thought is more like something unprintable.
But if you find some nice quotes, which are always welcome, give them to us!
