Believe it, it works!,
This review is from: Hyland's, Leg Cramps, 100 Tablets (Health and Beauty)
I don't have leg cramps, I have those night time twitchy legs that won't let me fall asleep. I had found a box at a local supermarket, tried them, LOVED them, and then, no more at the store. So I turned to Amazon.
I blame my twitchy legs on standing all day. If I have a day where I get to sit, my legs are just a mess at night. I've also had the same problem at the movies. Anyway, I'll take 3 or 4 of these pills in the evening, or right before bed, or before I go to the movies and I have nice, restful legs. It's wierd, but this stuff really does work. I see some have Quinine and some don't - you want the ones WITH QUININE. It makes a difference, don't know why. Highly recommended. Oh, and chewable!

Johnny Hodges says:
The only difference is the label. If you compare ingredients on the old "with quinine" bottle, the old label has "cinchona officianalis 3x HPUS (quinine)", the new bottle simply does not identify this ingredient as quinine. Hylands asserts that the ingredients have never changed over the years this remarkably effective remedy has been sold. And don't chew it, let it dissolve under your tongue as directed. Get the salve Hyland's Leg Cramp Ointment, 2.5-Ounce (70.9 g) (Pack of 3) too!
