I found this by far one of the greatest books to study with. I tried many of the others but this one helped me pass the first time with my State Boards. It was worth it.

Excellent resource for the newly revised PN state board exam. A comprehensive overview of material for each area of nursing. Pharmacology and math are also included. Plentiful practice questions along with answers and rationales included. Extra questions on the enclosed CD. For individuals currently enrolled in a nursing program or planning to take the state board exam, get a copy of this book. Highly recommend!!

Its a great book, it has good reviews on every single topic, myy instructor prepares people for the nclex and she uses this book.
I will let you know when i pass the nclex :-) but so far im happy with the book, its not just questions with rationales but a review of the topic with highlight on the most important parts u need to memorize for the big TEST.

I think that this book is great for any student that is preparing to take the PN NCLEX or ATI. It is very detailed and has great rationales. I goes through different areas of nursing and gives an overview of each section learned. It has great ways to help you learn how to memorize or remember important aspects of nursing. The only thing that I am disappointed in is I couldn't find a 2008 edition this is the 2007 edition and the 2009 edition doesn't come out until later this year. This is a great book and I would recommend it to anyone. It was a great price too!!!
