eye catching, well organized K-6 memory book, January 14, 2008

This is a wonderful school memory book for anybody interested in capturing those special pictures and events from the grade school years. The quality of the book is very evident and includes a sturdy hardback cover. The binder format is great and allows you to punch in and add items of your own. The pocket pages inside are very big, thick and durable enough for adding lots of memorabilia. The student pages have colorful,"kid friendly" items to complete. This is the perfect book for parents who want to have a nice looking keepsake album but not spend a lot of time "scrap booking". Great gift idea!

The Nicest Memory Book I've Ever Seen, December 13, 2007

I've looked at lots of memory books for the kids and this one is by far the nicest, most complete, most fun book on the market. The authors obviously have children of their own and know what is important for keepsakes. It is also really up-to-date with places to put picture CDs, etc.
The quality is great - this isn't going to tear and look ragged in a few years, the pages are thick and substantial and are "coated" with something to make little fingers less likely to smudge them. It is highly customizable with everything from a place to identify the child (and the school, if you want) on the cover, to having the child draw on the pages, to blank pages for those special, precious memories. And besides that - the pages are fun! They are cleverly laid out with lots of color and neat graphics.
If you are going to buy a memory book for your children or grandchildren - this is the one.

Just fill in the blanks, September 24, 2009

I have little time for taking up scrapbooking - it's enough to collect content and make sure it gets into a book. I found exactly what I was looking for with this book. I wanted a scrapbook that I didn't have to put together. This has great illustrations and color, with "fill in the blank" content that has the feel of a beautiful scrapbook without all the work. The content is all very age-appropriate and really touches on appropriate milestones for that year in school, and my daughter loves writing the content herself and being involved in the process. It's actually a 3-ring binder, so additional content can be added, as well.
My only regret is that the section for a class photo does not accommodate the standard 8x10 class photo size, but there is a full-color page at the end of each section that could hold the class photo; I'll just put a piece of art work where the class photo would go.
Highly recommended if you want a great-looking scrapbook, but you don't have the time to create it all from scratch.

I did not expect this memory book to be so beautiful. From the moment you take it out of the packing you just say ahhhhhhh. It feels like quality that will last as long as you are hoping for. It contains themes throughout the pages, age appropriate and has pockets for treasures. Just a wonderful book. I ordered two.
