Hi all. This book covers the basics of reborning, and is an OVERVIEW ONLY book. It is a general book with an overview of the aspects of reborning. It will not provide you layering or indepth painting instructions. It is only available for those who want to learn a bit about reborning, and would like it in book form. If you want step-by-step painting instructions, check out the Learn to Paint Series or the Learn the Most book, or my specialty books on reborning topics such as Mottling, Hair Rooting or Facial Features. There is much on the internet about reborning these days, and you will find no new information here. It was only published for those new artists on a budget whom want a book form of the information. The book offers dated information and is fairly limited in the information offered. With so many ways to reborn a doll it would have been nice to read about how to reborn using oils, Genesis or air dry paints.

A good book for general information but you will need to look for other sources for how to do it.

Although this little book (much smaller than expected) is 'learn the basics' it is very basic , and as a newcomer to the art of reborning, I would have liked more detail and specifics than was given. Still, it is a handy book to have.
