great starter book!!
Picked this book up at the library and I liked it so much I had to buy it from here. It's a great starter book to learn the basics of bread making. Once I try more of the recipes I'll be able to rate them too.

This was a good and informative book on quick and easy breads, the only problem being that there aren't very many of them to choose from since the book isn't very long.

Picked this book up at the library and I liked it so much I had to buy it from here. It's a great starter book to learn the basics of bread making. Once I try more of the recipes I'll be able to rate them too.
