I've tried several different kinds of Caprylic Acid, but Solaray's Capryl has become my favorite.

Capryl is a sustained-release caprylic acid dietary supplement, sodium-free, resin-free. It is derived exclusively from calcium, magnesium and zinc caprylates.

In nature, caprylic acid is found in coconut and breast milk, also in goat's milk, hence the commonality between its name and "Capricorn."

It has anti-fungal properties. I discovered Capryl when I was battling a bad case of thrush due to antibiotics, and wow, I was amazed by the results! Been taking 2 capsules a day for almost 3 years now and am completely candida-free!

Combined with a healthy, sensible diet, Capryl will help you conquer your struggle with candida once and for all! Highly recommended.
