Great product
Product definately works. After a year of consistent exercise, I couldn't lose any weight. I've lost five pounds in the two weeks since I started taking Ripped Fuel and can see definate improvement in muscle definition, especially in my abs. could'nt use
I couldnt use this product long enough to see if it worked. I was so nauseous and jittery I couldnt do anything, I wish I knew how the results were because I spent alot of money it, but I ended up flushing them down the toilet.

Product definately works. After a year of consistent exercise, I couldn't lose any weight. I've lost five pounds in the two weeks since I started taking Ripped Fuel and can see definate improvement in muscle definition, especially in my abs. I take two in the morning, two at lunch and none at dinner, since I don't want to risk losing sleep. This gave me jitters in the first few days but has since disappeared. My heartrate has not increased since taking this supplement. I also have not felt nauseous, dizzy, have blurred vision or any of the other side effects other reviewers have reported.
However, I think you definately need to work out regularly for this to work. I hit the gym for 1.5 - 2 hours after work, five days a week. I have not changed my diet. I suspect if you improve your dietary choices (i.e., less fatty foods, more protein, etc.), you could lose more weight. I am thoroughly satisfied with the results I have seen thus far.
Two (or so) months later: I lost a total of 15 lbs on Ripped Fuel. I am at my target weight so will stop using . If I gain the weight back, I'll definately be buying another bottle. Great product.

I have been using this product on and off for 3-4 years and I can truly say it has helped with my muscle definition, especially in my abdominal area. I would suggest that if you try this, ease into the full dosage. Maybe take half the dosage for the first two days to see how your body is adjusting. The bitter orange ingredient is the ephedra substitute, and although it has not been proven to be harmful it still speeds up your heart rate considerably. So, try it out and if your body doesn't like it, then discontinue.

kidneys hurt, December 29, 2008
This product does work. I took it when I was in college with Ephedra and I was 130lbs and was benching 160lb regularly; but when I took this product it was like I was on steroids. I eventually benched 225lb at max ran about 5 miles every other day and worked out twice a day. I wish I took pictures of how good my body looked then b/c it's nothing like I look now. I still work out pretty much daily but it just looks like I'm in shape; back then I was ripped. So 5 years later I take this product without Ephedra and my kidneys start burning or feeling like I have gas on the left lower side of oblique section. I only take one capsule on the days when I'm working out and I drink at least 2.5 liters of water and still I feel that funny feeling in my side and slight chest pains. At first I thought I was paranoid but I'm a pretty healthy person (meaning I don't put any hazardous products in my body; I barely even drink sodas) and it was easy to diagnose the cause of this. What I'm feeling isn't as painful as it is annoying. If anyone else has felt this I'd like to know. I've read comments on the web and it does seem I'm not the only one.But, if you want a product that makes you ripped and look good then yeah this works; I'm not sure if I'm willing to risk a kidney and liver for it though.

Helps keep me going, November 1, 2007
I love this product! It does help with your metabolism and keeps you going. I find I don't get tired as easily and helps me not want to eat all day long. Especially see a difference while keeping up my work out routine.

I read that this product boosts energy, but i havent felt any energy boost at all since using it. Tho i can honestly say i was seeing a start in results. I will continue useing this product and log my results.

Stopped drinking coffee in the early AM!
I have been using this product and its very similar or identical variations form TwinLab for a number of years, maybe seven or so. Coffee gives me the runs in the AM, maybe due to some of its non-caffeine ingredients.
The caffeine source is guarana and I think at the recommeded dosage it has about 200 mg or a couple of NoDoze or 1 Vivarin. However, Bitter Orange has Synephrine and is similar to the much maligned Ma Huang but perhaps less dangerous with fewer side effects, but less potent. I think it has quite a few more subtle energizers that contibute to the overall effect.
The price is quite good here. The competition for me is the 1/2 price sales on Twin Lab products at RiteAid Pharma for smaller bottles, but the price per capsule or dose is actually less for this bottle size bought here than the sale price there!
