Really works
I have sensitive skin and mild rosacea and have tried many so-called "calming" moisturizers, even some supposedly medically formulated ones. This is the first moisturizer that really does seem to calm my skin, and feels soothing when applied. Maybe it's the green tea. It also does improve the look of my skin. I'd be sorry if they ever discontinued this prouct - I rely...

Product mislabeled
Green tea is one of the last ingredients in an endless list of product ingredients in this cream. If you are looking to find this antioxidant powerhouse in a face cream, steer away from this pricey product.

great cream for sensitive skin, February 17, 2006

I have very sensitive skin. I have tried so many face creams, if they did anything else but strictly moisturize (i.e. anti aging, etc.), my skin would break out in a rash. My daughter had given me an "anti stress" cream mask she brought from Germany. My skin looked so much better! One ingredient was green tea. So I searched for creams with green tea and found this one. This cream is the answer to all those women with super sensitive skin. It actually improves my skin tone. The price is great too!

I have a very sensitive skin and have moderate acne and sometimes my skin can get blemish on and off. Therefore, I care what I use on my face and usually spend $$$ for products.
I have been using Dermalagica' products, which I really love, for ages. However, I wanted a change and buy something less expensive. I am happy with this Green Tea moisturizer; bc it is light, still gives me 24h hydration, it has no aroma and is mineral/water base.
Good Buy for price

nice by not as hydrating as Face Oasis, December 21, 2008

It's creamy and rich when I apply it and I like how my face feels right after but it doesn't hydrate as well as the Face Oasis. Once in the morning and once at night and my face would still be flaking in the winter. However, I do feel it has some skin rejuvenating properties the Face Oasis is missing. I'd recommend using both in your regimen if you have dry skin. I also have skin prone to breaking out and I feel the Face Oasis definitely does not irritate my skin that way, while I think I am slightly sensitive to this green tea one.

Works great for facial redness, May 5, 2010

I have been suffering from major facial redness around my nose and chin for years. I have only been using this product for a couple of weeks and I would say it has already improved the redness by about 80%. It truly is an amazing product! I have tried so many different things and this is honestly the first thing that has really worked.

Had hopes, but it didn't work., December 19, 2009

After reading all the reviews from reviewers, who I felt had the same type of skin I had, I thought this would be a win-win situation. I know that everyone's skin is different, and it reacts how it wants to. With the highly positive reviews, I thought I would take a chance.
I have fair, very oily/hypersensitive skin. (It didn't always use to be sensitive. My skin in the past operated more like a tank - taking anything that was out there.) When I entered my 30s, my fair skin started to respond to retinol and benzoyl peroxide with rashes and broken capillaries. My dermatologist said that it was Rosacea.
There were a lot of studies showing that green tea helped inflammation and redness. So, I began my search for green tea products...
Because of my oily skin, I decided I would introduce the moisturizer at night. The moisturizer isn't as light as my standard moisturizer. I wanted to slowly integrate it into my facial cleansing regime. The first night I applied the moisturizer only to my problem cheek area. My cheeks seem to be the most sensitive on my face. On contact, it had a light sting, and I knew that it wasn't a good sign. My skin started to redden. I stuck with it for three more days, but realized that this moisturizer was not for me. It's a shame because I had finally thought I had found a green tea sensitive skin moisturizer, but nope...the search continues.

Love this product (but it's a very small jar)., December 11, 2007

My skin is sensitive. This left my face feeling smooth and soft. Very soothing. My daughter used it and begged to keep it. It's expensive and I'll warn you - I was shocked to see how small the jar was when it arrived (compared to the picture which is a close-up). I don't normally buy products like this so I'm not familiar with pricing on spa products.
But I'm already hooked after the first day. A tiny amount of this cream actually covers a lot of area. So I suspect this will last a while if I can hide it from my children.
It's wonderful. I will definitely buy this again.
