Beautiful roses & a marvelous value
This company does it right. Their prices beat every other flower seller (2 dozen roses for $30!). And the flowers are very fresh and long lasting. Note that they don't come with a vase, so you have to call them direct to order one.

Bad service, bad customer support
On 5.6 I ordered flowers to be delivered to Savannah< GA on 5/10 - for birthday (ORDER ID:SKOTLA06GH14, Tracking number 701444489181).
They sent my order to Sacramento,CA and kept there for about 24 hours.
Phone rep proposed to deliver flowers 48 h after the birthday!
The other rep responded to my email: "your complain is already...

Bad service, bad customer support, May 11, 2005
On 5.6 I ordered flowers to be delivered to Savannah< GA on 5/10 - for birthday (ORDER ID:SKOTLA06GH14, Tracking number 701444489181).
They sent my order to Sacramento,CA and kept there for about 24 hours.
Phone rep proposed to deliver flowers 48 h after the birthday!
The other rep responded to my email: "your complain is already addressed" - even without "sorry".
I asked to transfer the case to superviser. Now, on 5/11 the order is not delivered, and I am still waiting for the superviser/manager response.
Beware of ProFlowers!

Substitutions without notice..., May 18, 2006
I ordered 2 of these for Mother's Day. While I was pleased with the speedy delivery I was not pleased to learn my mother's received lillies and irises instead of roses. There was no communication sent to me regarding the substitution of less expensive flowers.

I ordered the 2 dozen roses and all my aunt got was the Summer Peruvian Lillies. The price was the same at least but it's not what I ordered or wanted.

Mother's Day Flowers NEVER Arrived!, May 14, 2007
I heartily suggest that people think twice before using Proflowers. I called more than a week in advance to order roses for Mother's Day. Proflowers took my order and sent me a confirmation email.
Fast forward to May 13th, Sunday night : my mother has still not received her roses. So I call Proflowers and they claim they cannot find my order. In frustration I hang up but call back again, this time they tell me that they could not find a florist in my mother's delivery area to fill the order because the delivery location is too remote. Needless to say I was quite taken aback, as my mother leaves in Houston! Anyways, I got a refund and a half-hearted apology. I sent an email to customer service but have not received a reply. Check out the other negative reviews- many reviewers state that their orders were never received! I will never use Proflowers again.

misleading and wrong, January 3, 2007
I read the reviews that said how great the vases were that came with the flowers, but NO vase arrived, so I looked again and it says " shown in upgraded vase". I saw NO WAY to upgrade to a vase! MISLEADING!
Also, it says assorted roses but all were red. WRONG!
I have heard that companies write their own reviews to make themselves look better. Something sure is up with this whole thing.
I would NEVER buy from this company again.

Complete Failure, May 16, 2006
I ordered online from Proflowers the Tuesday before Mother's Day picking from a limited selection that offered Sunday delivery and paying extra $5. I was called Saturday AM and asked if Saturday delivery OK. I explained the above, said I preferred Sunday, but if they couldn't do it Saturday was better. They said they could do it, no problem. Sunday came and went with no flowers. I called Sunday and Monday and spoke to several different people and asked for a supervisor to call back and explain where were the flowers. Monday afternoon I rec'd a voicemail from a supervisor. Its Tuesday mid day and we've yet to talk. THE FLOWERS STILL HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED. All the customer reps were courteous and understanding as if they had many failures for Mother's Day. One finally said one single florist in Virginia had been contacted to deliver flowers as was not available. I suggested they might want to use another florist. They put me on hold and then disconnected. They have done what they promised in the past but excuse me, two days after Mother's Day and still no flowers?

Unparalled in Their Beauty & Service!, November 26, 2006
I have received roses from many different places in my life, but when my husband began giving me roses from Pro Flowers, I couldn't believe my eyes - they're incredible!!! I had never seen roses that opened up to be that beautiful before! In fact, I even keep the dead ones in vases around my house because they look like they've been professionally dried - they actually retain their beauty - it's truly amazing!!!
My husband has been giving me roses from Pro Flowers for a little over a year now, and every time I see the box arriving I get excited to see which colors & vase I'm getting this time - they make a PERFECT gift!
Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Pro Flowers roses to everyone who likes flowers &/or is looking for a REALLY NICE gift to send to that someone special. They are definitely unparalleled in their beauty!

The flowers were sent to my recipients with no problems. They were very beautiful. I wish that the suppliers would include a simple and inexpensive vase (IKEA has them for $.99) with the flowers.

Great Experience!, May 9, 2005
First time ordering flowers through ProFlowers. Order was placed Thursday May 5th (before Midnight PST)per instructions and delivered the next day! Recipient was very pleased with the fresh double bouquet of roses!
