Great Price
Wow, for the price its impossible not to give this guitar a 5 star rating. This is better than most of those $500 guitars that try to have a nice shape. The design was what caught my eye at the guitar shop, and than i saw the price. The other reviewer said it had bad humbuckers/pickups, but he must have a crappy amp, cause this guitar carried a mean, tuff tone on...

Unless you like your guitar in the shape of a fish dont get this
Alright Ive used this guitar for about 3-4 weeks its extremely uncomfortable to play when sitting down so this would only be comfortable to play while standing up with a strap on bottom line is the guitar looks "cool" at first but at this price a lot of kids will be buying this guitar thus making the unique look it has not so unique so if you buying this for the looks...

The design was what caught my eye at the guitar shop, and than i saw the price. The other reviewer said it had bad humbuckers/pickups, but he must have a crappy amp, cause this guitar carried a mean, tuff tone on everything. haha, its not a good idea to play acoustic style songs on this, as i've tried. Truely for the metal-hard rock lovers. But i play mostly Punk, and it gets the job done. You won't find a better guitar, for this price; especially the looks.

Excellent starter guitar or one for your collection, September 21, 2005
This review is from: B.C. Rich Warlock Electric Guitar, Black (Electronics)
I bought this guitar earlier this year and it has been great to play with. I tried out many different guitars, and they either didn't feel good, or they were out of my price range. The first time I tried this one out, it felt horrible in my hands, then a month later I tried it out again and it felt perfect. The neck is fairly thin which is what I was looking for since my hands aren't too big. A lot of reviewers say this guitar has bad pickups, but it sounds pretty good to me. I have a small 20 watt amp and a Digitech Grunge Pedal hooked up to it and I get some really nice sound out of it. I've learned to play with little difficulty on this guitar and recommened you try it out first to make sure it works for you.
Don't let the people who say this is a bad guitar get to you.

If you dont buy it, well then theres somethin wrong with you. . ., June 20, 2007
This review is from: B.C. Rich Warlock Electric Guitar, Black (Electronics)
I am 15 years old and in a metal band. When i got this guitar, it was the missing link in creating heavy music. The sound so heavy and dark, and the quality is at it's perfection. The price is one to die for and with a good amp you can rock out.

Excellent Product, October 14, 2009
This review is from: B.C. Rich Warlock Electric Guitar, Black (Electronics)
I bought this guitar not too long ago because I loved the sleek look of it. It reminded me a lot of Vortex's guitar (from Dimmu Borgir). I read most the reviews on here before and most of them commented about how uncomfortable it was playing with this sitting down. It's really not at all that uncomfortable. It has a really grungy sound too it, absolutely perfect for rock n roll or general metal. The finish was well done on this guitar and everything on it was in perfect condition, I could not find a single thing wrong with it. I found it very easy to play and it seems excellent on beginners. Combined with a Spider Line 6 app, it's absolutely perfect. It's pretty light compared to my other guitars as well (mainly cause it's made out of basswood).
I truely recommend this guitar as it is more then what I expected from a $200 guitar.

A Kid's Review
This review is from: B.C. Rich Warlock Electric Guitar, Black (Electronics)
Its a great guitar. One thing it could improve on is general sound. But when hooked up with a distrotion pedal and a nice amp, depending on what your going to play, for metal and infused metal. Its just great. I love it and Bc Rich is just a great guitar company. Also Squire fenders are just as good with a distrotion pedal and amp.

BC Warlock, June 28, 2010
This review is from: B.C. Rich Warlock Electric Guitar, Black (Electronics)
This guitar is excellent for all sorts of players. It has a boat load of tone, almost as much as my friend's $800 Jackson. It sounds awesome on my line 6 and my friend's marshall, with or without distortion. The 24 extra jumbo frets feel very good, as well as the neck. For the price you're going to be hard pressed to find a better guitar.
Don't be alarmed if the bridge comes off while you change the strings, that's supposed to happen.

Sickest guitar for its price, March 3, 2009
This review is from: B.C. Rich Warlock Electric Guitar, Black (Electronics)
This guitar is awsome. It looks killer, although mine did not come with the widow headstock, but not a big deal for me because it still looks cool. I read in some reviews it has bad pickups but I can't say I'd agree. The guitar sounds great with my little 10w Marshal Amp so I don't think the pickups are as bad as some people say. The best part of this guitar besides it's looks is the price. I paid $200 for it here and you'd be hard pressed to find a guitar as good for that price range. I'd definetly recommend this too anyone wanting to begin learning guitar or even a veteran guitar player on a tight budget. Yes, It's that good.

I like it!, September 5, 2008
This review is from: B.C. Rich Warlock Electric Guitar, Black (Electronics)
SInce this is my first guitar, I can't comment on how it sounds, as compared to other guitars. I purchased this unit solo without an amp (which I purchased at a later date). The guitar came prestrung (I'm assuming all come that way) however you have to tune it yourself. For me, the guitar seems to lose its tune almost every day. Now, this could be from various reasons but tuning is simple with a tuning device. It came with a cord and allen wrench for adjustments to the neck.
No whammy bar, so, use your fingers!
I mainly chose this guitar for its looks and that, it did deliver!

Not as bad as some may say, August 3, 2008
This review is from: B.C. Rich Warlock Electric Guitar, Black (Electronics)
I dig the tone, the shape, I find myself able to play faster than before (good action)
Only thing that put me off is how the fretboard and headstock are heavier than the body itself, sometimes making it awkward to hold. It's something small in the overall experience however.
I highly recommend the guitar to anyone learning, heck, even those who have been playing for a while!
