This past fall I noticed the beginning of arthritis in my ring finger - swollen, red joint and quite painful. I got a bottle of Carlson's fish oil in late December and started taking 1 tsp per day. Now, one month later, the finger is completely back to normal. No pain and the swelling in the joint is totally gone. The omega3's in fish oil are an excellent anti-inflammatory agent, and I now have all the proof I need. This oil has a pleasant lemon flavor, like that of lemon rind, and no fishy after effects whatsoever. I highly recommend it!
