Worked for one day
I am very open-minded and decided to give this product a chance - despite the reviews. I paid $22 for it and considered taking it back at first. The first day it worked all right but the second pill later in the day gave me a pressure headache. My appetite was suppresed mildly for the first two days but nothing the following days, in fact I felt hungrier, weird. I tried...

I am glad Dexatrim came out with something to compete with other products. This product worked very well for me. I have tried Hoodia, but it gave me a headache. This product is mild and totally gets rid of my cravings for sweet, junk food.I've determined I definitely needed to take something to control my appetite while I am on an exercise regimine. I'm not jittery at all with this. It has lots of B vitamins and chromium picolinate. It has as much caffeine as one cup of coffee per pill. I brought this with me for a long business trip on a plane. When I had no access to food (long plane flight) it worked excellent! Plus, it's cheaper than many other products. Although, I would like to try NV next. The only thing is sometimes it keeps me awake at night if I take it too close to bedtime, so beware of that

Gives you energy!, March 27, 2007
I like this product. In the past, diet pills would make my heart race, mouth dry, and just make me feel "icky" in general. Dexatrim Max does not make me jittery AT ALL. This is a suprise because I am very sensitive to stimulants. This worked to help control my appetite. Nothing, except for the harmful diet pills, will take away your appetite totally. This does what it says...helps to control your appetite. If you are starving, of course you are going to be hungry. You can't starve yourself. I find that these pills give me loads of energy without the nasty feeling. I take one pill in the morning and one pill with lunch. The only way to truly lose weight is through diet and exercise. Diet does not mean starving yourself. You have to have a healthy balanced diet. Dexatrim Max helps give me the energy to work out and also helps me keep my appetite in check. I do eat every few hours. (small meals) But this actually benefits your metabolism. So if you are looking for a diet pill that gives you a little kick, this may be for you. No diet pill will control your choices. You have to be dedicated and make the right decisions on your own. Dexatrim Max just makes it a little bit easier.

Great Item, August 20, 2007
I have tried so many other weight lose products and I have found that I keep coming back to Dexatrim since it works the best.
I have a lot of other medical problems and this have never given me any problems with over the counter or RX medictions and I have never had any side effects with it.
It works really well to curb your hunger and cravings.

Works Great With Exercise, March 25, 2007
I found if I took 2 of these about a half hour before my workout I was given an amazing amount of energy. Its caffeine/vitamin content is high and works great for when you are tired. It definately speeds up your metabolism because after I take one and am just sitting still my heart rate still increases. Miminal 'shakey' affect, I've taken diet pills that made me shake really bad, these don't as much. I really recommend these for people that workout, you won't believe how long you can go for. Mildly surpresses appetite, but I haven't found one pill that can make me less hungry. Back when these had Ephedra in them they were the bomb, too bad it's illegal now.

This product really helps you feel full, however you MUST eat something when taking it. I found that if I did not eat within 30 minutes of taking this, I did feel queasy. Good product for the $$.

Appetite-suppression feature really works!, July 28, 2008
I tend to snack when I get bored or read (and I read a lot). However, this product has exceeded my expectations by noticeably curbing my tendency to do so (I've lost a clothing size already after three weeks of usage without changing any other behavior), and this appetite-suppressing property lasts for hours on one tablet. Which is weird, because this product is mostly caffeine (but not so much that it makes my sensitive stomach upset at all) and B vitamins. It has more than that in it, obviously, because those two ingredients alone are things I was ingesting every day anyway. I would say, buy a bottle and see what you think!

This product works!, December 31, 2008
I actually take Dexatrim Max Daytime Appetite Control. I was having bad cravings for any food, anytime. I've taken 8 tablets so far, with about a two week break after taking the first 6 and I take 2 a day. One in the mornings/noon and one at night. I've already lost 4 pounds, and while it has definitely killed my appetite, I can still get hungry for regular meals, though I don't eat nearly as much as I used to in one sitting. I am amazed! Always talk to your doctor before starting any supplements or taking pills, but I am glad to finally find something!

Loves it!, December 6, 2008
I personally LOVE these little pills. I do an hour of cardio a day(normally running on the treadmill) followed by 20 minutes or so of strength training and I don't think I could find the energy without them! Since I started using them to boost my energy to work out I've lost about 14 pounds...which is pretty great considering I started out at 131 lbs.(a little chunky for my small 5'4" frame). Anyway I<3Dexatrim
Def. Recommend it!

it does work it does not give you the gitters it does give you a burst of energy for hours and even after that its not like your all of a sudden tired it slowly goes away.. I liked it but you don't know unless you try it as for the weight it also helped with that i lost 5 pounds in two weeks.
