joint pain relief
There is a definite lessening of pain in my knees and hips since I began taking Trigosamine a little over 2 months ago. I have tried many glucosamin/chondroitin products and this is the best.

Good product
I ordered this product through Amazon mainly because I was told it is a good product and Amazon is my major source for online ordering. Anyway, I ordered it and it came within a few days which is Amazon's M.O. Anyway, the product is ok nothing like I thought it would be. I do have cartalige issues and take gloucosamine for my joints so, I know about various products on...

I ordered this product through Amazon mainly because I was told it is a good product and Amazon is my major source for online ordering. Anyway, I ordered it and it came within a few days which is Amazon's M.O. Anyway, the product is ok nothing like I thought it would be. I do have cartalige issues and take gloucosamine for my joints so, I know about various products on the market. This one is good but there are better ones out there. You have to take 3 or these at a time but the good thing is that they are capsules not big horse pills. I have not ordered them since I ran out. Good product overall. YMMV.NEOSOUL06.

Knees Need Help!, January 9, 2007

I have found Trigosamine helps my knees. I am 78 years old and I felt my left knee, especially, was beginning to give way on me and cause me pain when I did my daily three mile walk. My joints seem to perform better when I am able to take Trigosamine.

I never had much luck with glucosamine/chondriton. Then I read that the one blocks absorbtion of the other. Ha, great...
Anyway, so I am taking this stuff now. Can't hurt, right?
I have been taking it for about 2 weeks now and, so far, I have not been
tempted in the slightest to give up my Celebrex for some slight pain relief.
I have osteoarthritis in all fingers and both thumbs. It is a literal pain at work and affects most everything I try to do. I am a runner and not overweight and I don't eat sweets. It's just genetic, my grandmother had arthritis of both hands also.
I will continue to take the Trigosamine for a few months and give it a chance.
But as far as the "fast acting" premise on the bottle...uh, nope. Not for me.
Update: After 6 weeks....no noticable improvement. Whatever is the root cause of osteoarthritis in the hands/thumbs....this stuff does not get to the root of the problem. Not for me. Dropping my rating to one star.
The people who make this stuff know that it doesn't really do anything.

I have been taking this product for several weeks now and have seen great results in my knees. I have been riding bike on hilly trails for almost a year, but I would always end up having to cut my rides short due to the fact that my knee's would be killing me. A few weeks after I started taking this product my knees were at ease. I never thought it was possible, but it's like I am a kid again and can ride long distances with no issues.

Amazing!, September 2, 2007

After doing some very strenuous exercising in January, my knee pain was so bad that I was stiff after sitting and walking was painful. I could tell the joints had inflammation because when I tried to do a deep knee bend, my knees felt "fat" inside the joints. My doctor x-rayed my knees in July and said it was a bit of arthritis, and that there was very little I could do to alleviate the pain and it would most likely not improve. I started Trigosamine in August. After two days of Trigosamine, I thought I could tell a difference, but tried not to get my hopes up. It's been several weeks now, and I can do a deep knee bend all the way without pain! Every once in awhile, my finger joints start to feel "fat" so I stop taking it for a few days, and the feeling goes away, and my knees are even better! Everyone's body works differently so pay attention to what your body is telling you. I highly recommend this product. I still can't believe I endured that pain and worry for 8 months, when this product was available.

This product works rather well, but not sure that the price is worth it, since lower priced brands seems to work just as well

I bought Trigosomine after reading an article in the newspaper. I have a daughter with Spina Bifida that has a lot of pain. Also a Mother with arthritis. From what I can see it does not work like the miracle drug that was advertised.

My dad has arthritis in his hands and could not even open a jar without severe pain. He has been taking Trigosamine for one month, and he can honestly say he is 90% better. I highly recommend this product! I have seen a big difference in his range of motion, and the pain level has decreased dramatically.

Within 2 weeks of using medication my husband is able to make a fist with his hand. Due to arthritis he could not close his hand to hold a golf club and now can return to golf.
