I bought a kingman mr1 about a month ago, and i absoultely love it. It is the best kingman yet!!!! I had a kingman victor for 5 years and i have loved kingmans ever since. My friend has a tippmann A-5 and(not knocking tippmann but) the mr1 was more comfortable, reliable, and extremly accurate. One of my favorite features is that it does not chop paint. i shot over 2,050...

MR1 Paintball Gun Review
Gun shoots good, but safety button broke 2 weeks after purchase. No parts in town to fix. Shipping was good.

I bought a kingman mr1 about a month ago, and i absoultely love it. It is the best kingman yet!!!! I had a kingman victor for 5 years and i have loved kingmans ever since. My friend has a tippmann A-5 and(not knocking tippmann but) the mr1 was more comfortable, reliable, and extremly accurate. One of my favorite features is that it does not chop paint. i shot over 2,050 paintballs and not one broke. i like the military stock that comes with it it makes the gun fit comfortable in your arms and makes the gun feel lighter for a more accurate shot. Another strenth over the A-5 is it has a double trigger, and it is a kingman so u can use the rocking trigger system, e trigger, anti-chop bolt, or other great upgrades.

-strengths-
accurate stock barrel
comfortable
doesn't chop paint
-Weaknesses-
grip wears out quick
scope mount is too short to put a scope on.
-reccomended upgrades-
maybe a new barrel, but the stock barrel is accurate
a hopper feeding at least 5bps

This gun has been the best paintball gun I have ever shot. I have used a Tippman 98 and guns from more lower end companies and this gun is by far the most accurate, reliable, and comfortable of all of them. At 80ft this gun shoots within a 7 in circle with Hot Spot paintballs!

This is a great starting gun for casual and or starting paintballers. The gun is cheap, easy to maintain and has decent quality over all.

Reliable gun, October 31, 2008

This is a good gun. i used it about 2 times a week this summer playn woodsball around 5 hours each day. the right barrel makes all the difference bcuz this gun is pretty loud and isnt always the most acurate. i bought the JJ ceramics 16inch barrel an my gun is much quieter and can shoot farther while bein much more acurate. This is a well made gun bcuz i havnt had anythin break or malfunction once while usin it. The only things i didnt like was that the but stock is pretty useless for aimin an i bought a expansion chamber which couldnt be installed on the gun.

Very very pleased., April 27, 2008
This marker did great for me during my weekend paintballing with my friends and family. It is very reliable, strong and very durable. I added a raven 14 inch barrel which added more accuracy and a spyder fasta loader which added consistent fire during my game. For me I didn't like the rifle stock on the back because it added more weight maybe I need to work out a little bit more but it is up to you to use it. I just used my co2 tank for the rifle butt. All in all a very consistent paintball marker you will not be disappointed. Thanks kingman for this great marker.

Very good buy!! Good gun for beginner paint ball players. Only problem I have had is nut at pressure tube come lose but nothing major that I couldn't fix easily.

Accurate, Durable, Groovy, January 20, 2008

I got this gun for a gift over the holidays. It works very well, and as it says, it's very tough. This marker has some heft to it, but feels really good. The stock is very useful in keeping your aim steady. The trigger is the only thing I'm going to change sometime , maybe this summer. Mainly because it squeaks slightly(though you can't possibly notice it with CO2 blasting) and it has some side-to-side movement though not much.
Overall: Very good gun for the price. Though not electronic, the semi-only action saves you air/paint as well as the need of a charged battery.
