JOKE!!!!!
This stuff does not work if you have osteoarthritis. It probably is okay for sore muscles or minor aches and pains. DON'T WASTE YOR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've heard a lot about this product so I thought I'd give the roll-on bottle a try- and boy does it live up to its name!
Biofreeze is a form of cryotherapy, which basically means cold therapy. It contains a natural menthol, so I feel like its a pretty safe product to use. I'm guessing this product works by stimulating the large diameter nerves that carry the cool sensation- thereby blocking pain which is carried on small diameter nerves. Other forms of (cryo)therapy that use this principle include TENS units, spray and stretch, and plain old ice.
I consider useful Biofreeze Gel 3 Oz. ROLL-ON - 3 PACK- minor aches and pains that we all get now and then, although if you have a consistent problem, it would probably be good to get at the cause as Biofreeze mainly treats symptoms temporarily.
With a 2 year shelf-life and roll-on applicator, its just perfect for throwing in your gym bag and using as needed. Also recommend Treat Your Own Tennis Elbow for those who need additional options to treat their tennis elbow.

My mother-in-law introduced me to Biofreeze. This product actually works to help relieve my arthritis pain. With the roll on applicator I don't have to worry about mess. I highly recommend this to people with arthritis.

I have tried many similar topical gel/creams to help relieve pain from Rheumatoid Arthritis and this is the only one that has worked and continues to work for me. I was looking for something other than another prescription or over the counter pain relieving medication and this fit the bill perfectly. I have intense pain in my hands and fingers and Biofreeze cools the pain and dulls the inflammation with the menthol ingredients. I was pleasantly surprised that it is not a strong menthol smell, no one can tell that I've applied it. Biofreeze is a non greasy gel that evaporates quickly after application, leaving the cooling sensation. The roll on is perfect, you can apply directly where needed without getting it all over your hands. I've bought single Bio Freeze rolls on for as much as $11 a piece, so this 3 pack is a great bargain!

I purchased this roll on and applied it where needed and felt no difference at all. I kept the bottle anyway. I had a pain in my neck and shoulders so I used it again. Felt no difference so I decided to take a pain reliever which was far better than the roll on could ever be.

A friend of mine gave me this product to use. I had great relief after that. I checked on the availability and price through Amazon and was very pleased with what I found.
Delivery was fast and I have a roll on at work and at home with a backup.

Excellent product. Originally received samples from my chiropractor. Works much better than any similar product I have used. Absorbes in very quickly and effects are lasting. Highly recommend to anyone who suffers from muscle pain and stiffness. I have mild arthritis in my hands and have found it relieves that pain as well. Really like the roll on applicator.

The roll on uses the biofreeze gel. The roll on applicator does not apply enough gel to massage the affected part. The active ingredient in the gel is 3.5% menthol. The light coating provided by the ball does not provide enough active ingredient to the affected part. Sometimes the gel will stick to the inside of the bottle and not come into contact with the ball, further reducing effectiveness. Recommend trying the biofreeze spray or gel, but not in the roll-on applicator.
