Dont know why all the bad reviews
I was able to lose 30 lbs and keep it off with Zantrex. It IS caffine so what do you expect it to do to your system? And I dont think it is fair that it got a bad review just becasue someone was allergic to it!
It helps give me that boost I need to workout and keep my apetite under control. It is not a miracle pill and you have to work hard but it does...

Made me sick
I started Zantrex 3 on the recommended dosage, two pills before a major meal. Within fifteen minutes I was nauseated, had the shakes, a headache, and a stomachache for the rest of the day. The next day I took only one pill before breakfast and still felt sick the entire day. There is hardcore caffeine in these that leaves you feeling dope sick even after you stop taking...

Made me sick, June 24, 2007
I started Zantrex 3 on the recommended dosage, two pills before a major meal. Within fifteen minutes I was nauseated, had the shakes, a headache, and a stomachache for the rest of the day. The next day I took only one pill before breakfast and still felt sick the entire day. There is hardcore caffeine in these that leaves you feeling dope sick even after you stop taking it. I had fitful sleep when I finally did fall asleep, even though I hadn't taken a pill in over ten hours. The prospect of losing fifteen pounds in two weeks does not outweigh how horrible you feel while you're taking the pill.

I was able to lose 30 lbs and keep it off with Zantrex. It IS caffine so what do you expect it to do to your system? And I dont think it is fair that it got a bad review just becasue someone was allergic to it!
It helps give me that boost I need to workout and keep my apetite under control. It is not a miracle pill and you have to work hard but it does give you that added support whether physically or just mentally.

Satisfied, November 21, 2007
I don't think this review can be for everyone because every one reacts differently to different drugs. For me, personally, I didn't have much negative side effects except having extreme energy (which isn't negative) and being jittery. If I lost any weight from this product, it wasn't BECAUSE I was taking this product but because of all the extreme energy I went on for HOURS without eating. Afterwards though, (after I stopped taking the pills) my metabolism got screwed up or something because I COUDLN'T stop eating. No matter how much I ate, I was still hungry. So it backfires. I use this product because it's a qucik solution. Like, if I want to lose weight for an event or something, I know I can fall back on this product. But I know that I will gain it right back, unless I choose not to eat for like three days straight. But this is coming from an 18 year old college student so you should really think about your own situation first before you decide to take this product. I know this isn't good for my body and I should probably stop taking it but it has become an addicting solution for me. I am satisfied but really, it just depends on your situation and how well your body will receive this drug.

DON'T use as directed- use LESS, May 19, 2008
BASED on MY personal experiences- VERY IMPORTANT:
i took this and lost 15 lbs after Having a baby...i first used as directed and it made me very shaky and sick feeling- but the key to that is to only take 1 dose or even half of that dose - 15 mins before breakfast and DRINK LOTS OF WATER and dont forget to EAT if you dont it will make you fell like vomiting...it will give you plenty of energy to EXCERCISE and clean...best if taken before vigorous activity - if you take it and then sit on the couch - you will feel sick - its not a miracle pill but if you take care of yourself and decrease dose and stay active it does wonders - and dont forget to drink A LOT of water!!

Not for just a few pounds..., September 6, 2007
I tried this product hoping to get that extra boost I needed to shed those last 5 pounds. While I did feel a slight boost of energy, this product did nothing to increase amount of weight I was losing in addition to my already established routine. Although I will say to this product's credit, I did not feel in the slightest bit ill or sick after taking it.

Scared and paranoid, December 24, 2009
I went home over the summer and decided to buy this because, yeah, I wanted to lose weight and I didn't have the energy to work out. When I took it I couldn't sleep for more than four hours and it was hell trying to get those few hours. I didn't feel like I lost weight, but when I returned to college a friend said I looked like I had gotten thinner, though my clothes felt tight. This was a few months ago and I stopped taking them when I returned until a little over a week ago when I needed to stay awake to study for exams. Oddly, this time they didn't keep me awake. At first there were no side effects until I stopped taking them. I have never been so paranoid and scared of dying in my sleep. Almost a week after, my heart races at odd moments, depression hits me like a bus as well as anger, my breath is shorter, and I'm scared out of my mind. My body feels weird as hell. I only took one pill a day with a large glass of water and I am usually tolerant of caffeine, but not this stuff.
The only good thing about my experience is that my winter coat fits more comfortably than it did a few weeks ago. But I'd gladly trade the weight loss for peace of mind. It's just too f*****g scary.

Lost weight 2003 will try it again 2009, February 3, 2009
I tried this diet pill in 2003 after having a daughter I went from 180 lbs to 115 lbs.Now,I gain few pounds since,work and night school so,I plan on taking them again.They did make me have tons of energy and not eat but,I love the fact that I lost weight with ONLY this product.I have to be faithful to something that works.I take only ONE PILL since,I don't want to go nuts to lose too fast.I'm in no rush to be thin.Iam now 140 lbs and my goal is to be healthy 130 lbs.Having a family who has health issues,i don't want to be one of them.So,do this for health reasons not too be skinny period for the fact that it DOES WORK FAST.
In 2003 I lost total of 50 lbs and got scary skinny to 109 with 2 pills so..This time I will try one pill.
can wait to get it.

Helpful, November 1, 2007
This product helped me shed an extra ten pounds. I experienced some side affects as well, but I figured out that I had a vitamin deficiency. So the effects did not happen to me once I started taking a multivitamin. After that, all was well and my diet progressed successfully thanks in part to this product.

Scare of a lifetime., September 10, 2007
I took this product after a friend of mine and I were talking about weight lose methods of the stars (article she read) She thought it was an ad. Anyway, I went out and bought some to try. The first dosage as directed at breakfast, within 15 minutes I had rapid heartbeat, my skin felt itchy and red and I had a terrible headache. I took some benedryl for the itch and redness and tylenol for the headache. I felt bad for 2 days. I do NOT recommend.

These pills almost killed me!!!!!!, June 18, 2007
These pills literally almost killed me. From the first time I used them, I was so hyper I thought my heart was going to burst, I had dizziness and I was feeling really sick. DON'T USE THIS, FOR REAL!!!!
