Wrong Product
The store send me the wrong product and didn`t have the one I`ve ordered on stock. I got my money back, despite of the rude and confused instruction and poor assistance from the custumer service people.

As a Refrigeration Project Engineer I work in all kinds of locations; from +120 degree boiler rooms to -45 degree blast freezers, in wet environments, in ammonia atmospheres, and on construction sites. Needless to say, I am hard on a watch. This Bulova has stood up under conditions that normally destroy a watch in short order. In over three months it has gained 8 seconds. The crystal shows no signs of the micro scratches I usually see within a week, the band clasp is tight and dosn't pop open without concious effort, and the stop watch functions perfectly. The weight is noticable but feels like solid quality. This is far and away the best watch investment I have ever made. After replacing watches regularly every 4 - 6 months I have finally found one that looks like it will last.

This Bulova Men's Marine Star Watch #98H25 got a 5-star review for these 5 reasons:
1) The watch can be worn with either casual or dressy attire.
2) Bulova is a well-known, high quality watchmaker.
3) The all stainless steel band ensures durability.
4) The crystal is practically scratch resistant.
5) After years of wear, this watch will still look like new!
And FYI: I'm a woman who has worked in jewelry, sold these watches, and I've been wearing them for years. It's a very nice watch!

Quality Watch - Wish it had an alarm, July 7, 2009

My wife gave me this watch for our anniversary. It's a beautiful and elegant time piece. It's also rugged and will likely survive the abuse I know I'll give it. The style reminds me of my old Rolex Submariner from the 60's - a real classic.
I like the chronograph function. It's easy to use and reset with the side buttons.
The one negative is that it does not have an alarm function. It would be great if I could set alarms for waking up, reminders for appointments, etc. So I deducted one star.
But otherwise, this is a great men's timepiece. I highly recommend it.

I bought this watch for my boyfriend for our one year anniversary. He absolutely adores it. He wears it everywhere. It hasn't gotten scratched or anything. The shipping was wonderful and it came right on time.

Product delivered before the latest day. No problems at all.
The product is as advertised, it is just a little bit havier than expected, but still worthy.

I bought this watch for my 16 year old son, and he loves it. It is beautiful and looks much more expensive than it was. I wouldn't hesistate to recommend this watch to others.

Great watch, poor shipping, April 25, 2008

I ordered my watch on 22 March 08 and recieved it on 25 April 08. Normally, it should not take this long to ship to an APO. My order just happened to take a trip to Paris, France before getting to me. The company sent the order to the wrong name and wrong address. The person at the U.S. Embassy in Paris was kind enough to email me to let me know that my order was there and send it to me. I contacted the company and they did not believe that they made a mistake. Once I sent the company the email I recieved from the embassy, I was told that I could still except the order. The thing this person could not understand is that Paris is about 2700 miles from where I am in Iraq and that it was not possible for me to travel to Paris and pick it up. Although I would love to go to Paris, it is just not feasable for me to do so. I had to explain to this person quite a few times that I was in Iraq and not France. I still dont think she understands. I can see where the confusion would come in, if you look at a map, Iraq is only about 3 inches from France and I could just walk there. But world maps are not to scale and it would take a little time to get to Paris, not to mention the cost of airline tickets.
The watch is beautiful, but the customer service was not so good.
