This covers you from every angle in the event of a power surge or lightning strike (unless the lightning hits your tv directly)

ALthough I don't believe this has improved my picture yet, it has done the job of protecting my new 50 plasma. Traditionaly plasmas require lots of power, cheaper surge protectors just don't seem to hold muster and can cause noise issues, this product holds its own and does a very good job. Was able to get it for half of what the retail stores sell it for and for that price, was a great deal!

I have had this product for about six weeks. No problems so far. I like the switched outlets. When want to turn the tv, blu-ray, and home theater off at once, no problem. I did not use the phone lines or coax filter because the AT&T guy advise against it. That's no problem because all of my equipment is going through the power strip. I did notice that there is no poping sound in the speakers when I turn on the hair clippers or the hair dryer. I have a nice clear picture.

I gave 4 stars not for the quality of the product. This is very well built, looks very nice too although it is placed in the back of the stand so I have not seen it since I installed it. The price is on the high side. You can buy much cheaper items that do the same job. If you do not mind the cost this is a very good item.

Excellent product....why spend $150 at Best Buy when you can get the same thing here. We are very happy with our purchase and thought the price was great.

I just recently purchased this, and am probably not technical enough to give it much justice, but can say it has enough plug ins to hold all of my components, fits nicely behind my tv stand and seems to be doing its job, as I plug it in and all of my stuff works. The outlets are far enough apart to plug everything in. If my house gets struck by lightning I'll be sure to give an update on my review.
