Green Tea
I love this product gives lots you of energy. Just make sure you dont take more than stated will give you the jitters.

please please be careful
Please listen carefully, do not, i repeat do not over do this product, i accidently took 5 pills one day instead of four, and i had the worst migraine ever due to over dose of caffeine. i believe this product actually works as i struggle with weight loss, however do not, i repeat do not take more than 3 pills a day.

Gives more energy without jitters., June 15, 2009
I've been taking it for 5 days now, and have not noticed any jitters or nervousness, etc. I do notice I have a lot more energy and I am only taking 1 pill at 6 a.m. and 1 pill at 1 p.m. I'm only 125 pounds, so I wasn't sure how taking the 2 pills at once would affect me.
I haven't noticed any weight loss, but I have remained steady at 125. My appetite has definitely been curbed, but it does say to eat a full meal with the pills and I really haven't been doing that and it's still been okay. The only thing is that I'm very thirsty all the time and normally I'm not a water drinker which is a bad habit, but this pill has been forcing me to drink a lot of water which should be good for me. Hopefully this will work okay.
I tried Slimquick Extreme by GNC, but after about a month or 2 on that, there wasn't any difference in weight from when I started, then I started to get an upset stomach every time I took it.

god pills, October 23, 2009
there was one shirt that wouldnt fit me. i started taking these pills and three days later with little exersise and basicaly no diet, i can not only fit into the shirt, there are no bolges sticking out. i first started seeing fat reduction the morning after in my man tits. and yes i am willing to say that i had man tits.

Good energy, cheap solution, November 17, 2008
I need energy at work, this gives it to me without the gitters of most "fat burners". Dont look for crazy weight loss, or any at all. Its a fairly tame product but it gives me the pick me up of coffee, however with a pill. I dont drink soda, or coffee so this works great. Super cheap as well.

Great product. Great source for energy. I do a lot of running and I take 2 before my run in the morning and another 2 late afternoon. I feel healthier and alive. I'll definately buy this product again when I run out...

Excellent Supplement, October 11, 2009
I use this product for two reasons; the energy boost from the caffeine and the protective qualities of the green tea. I feel I get the best of both worlds.

Cheap, November 29, 2008
This was recommended to me by a friend as a energy supplement. It is probably the worst thing I've ever taken. I drink over a gallon of water a day & yet I still managed to get severely dehydrated while taking this. I only took it once a day & it did absolutely nothing for me all the way around. I actually think it may have contributed to my massive 8lb gain this month!
