Incredibly good for you and good tasting!
I just ordered these again, last summer I went for 3 months replacing meals with these shakes along with working out 3x a week, I lost 10 lbs and maintained is easily with these and EAS AdvantEdge Caramel Choc. bars. Open Packages
I will not purchase from this seller again. 1/3 of the packets were not sealed and open. Makes me question if they were real. I've purchased Myoplex Lite several times before online and packages are totally sealed.

The Chocolate Cream is the best flavor!! In my opinion, Straw & Vanilla are good too, but Choc is the best. There are some packs out there that offer the Tropical variation-When I was first trying out these shakes I got that one-my opinion, DONT! Ick, theres maybe 1 kind that tastes OK out of them all. Orange Jubilee was OK, Banana Cream Pie and Pina Colada were just way too sweet and weren't as great as the Chocolate flavors. As much as I love Amazon, there are some cheaper prices out there (AllStarHealth)......
Also, if you're looking to lose weight these are the best, however, most guys need a little more protein, so look into the DELUXE or ORIGINAL Myoplex shakes, they have 46g of protein vs these Lite ones (26g). You can always have half the pack if you're really cuttin down, but just FYI since my boyfriend starting drinking them and needed more protein as he started to work out more...he got the Deluxe.

Great for weight loss., January 16, 2006
I mixed this stuff with nonfat milk and had it for lunch everyday for 3-months and I lost 50-lbs. The chocolate cream tastes really good. Vanilla isn't bad either. I don't like stawberry.

Good for a healthy chocolate fix, February 19, 2007
I love all the varieties of chocolate, and if you mix them in a blender, they are smooth and creamy. You can add a frozen banana or a couple of ice cubes, and the shake is thick enough to be a milkshake. Shaking by hand or using a hand-held mixer does not do these nutrition shakes justice. These are a great meal replacement - healthy, nutritious, and full of quality protein.

Over all, Great Meal Replacement, November 9, 2007
This is the second time in my life I have used Myoplex in my diet and I love the results. I purchased the variety pack just too see if any of the other flavors were any good and I found the answer, no. The Vanilla is ok if you are going to add your own fruit or other ingrdients to your shake, but my opinion is to stay with just the Chocolate, it tastes great. It's still a health drink so of course a pure milk shake tastes better. However, considering the healthy benefits of this supplement, it jsut doesn't get much better.

Great Product, October 20, 2007
The Chocolate lovers variety pack is just what i needed to keep my Body for Life program from getting too boring. The shakes are quick to make and delicious. I prefer to put them into my single serving blender and use skim milk, but theyre still great even with cold water and a few ice cubes.

Great tasting (with Peanut Butter)..., June 5, 2009
The thing about this one is that it is tolerable by itself...unlike most other protein shakes...but if you put one scoop of peanut butter and crushed ice in it, the taste improves like 1000%. Do it. Do it now.

Good Stuff, June 26, 2007
I usually blend in some fruit, water and ice into my Myoplex. It makes a thick tasty shake and gives me the energy I need for my workouts. It is satisfies my hunger but doesn't weigh me down.

I love this drink. I put it in a blender and add bananas and ice (to make it cold like a milk shake) or any other fruit and even peanut butter. You can have twice as many drinks if you make them not quite as thick (use half a packet). I get the vanilla and add chocolate to make a chocolate drink. I make mine with plain soy milk (lactose intolerent). It tastes great and is low fat, low calorie and fills you up.

myoplex is awesome. especially the powder myoplex. i add mine to my oatmeal, which i eat three times daily. it gives it a great flavor and adds protein to the already-amazing food. the reason i gave it 4 stars is because it contains whey and casein, so you have the quick and slow digesting proteins, allowing for a nifty balance, each time you add it to food. the reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because it contains whey AND casein, making it difficult to use it for any specific purpose. we know that we should take whey immediately after a workout, because your body is craving proteins immediately so that it can begin repairs. casein, on the other hand, is good to take before you go to sleep, because the slow-digesting protein will assist in keeping your body from going into a "fasting" state overnight, and provide a prolonged release of essential building blocks for overnight repairs. this is also known to boost metabolism during sleep. also, this is one of the tastiest protein supplements you'll find, and contains tons of vitamins and nutrients to help you through the day, especially if you use portions of the packet throughout the day, like i do when i add it my oatmeal. also, if you intend to use the whole packet, for example-after a workout, it's a good way to moderate how much protein you take. lots of people will take a full dose of some protein supplements (as much as 50grams of protein!) immediately following a workout, and that's not necessary. your body can only take 25-30 grams of protein at a time, and this myoplex product has 25g of mixed whey and casein. if you took one immediately after your workout, and followed up with another one an hour or so after that, it would be optimal. all in all, great product, but if you're looking to get serious about the supplements you use, i recommend getting whey and casein in two separate products.

Question of taste, May 14, 2007
As supplements, all Myoplex products are perfect but personally I didn't like this chocolate selection. Next time I'll order each flavour seperately. This package contains:
Chocolate truffle
Mint Chocolate
Dark Chocolate
Chocolate peanut butter
