Machine works well and product is easily removed after baking.
Large loaf is always an inch taller on one end when finished without intervention.
Can be corrected if dough is leveled before last rising.

Knives were a great bonus and of much higher quality than expected.

Ordered this itme on 8/8/2010, and was told it would be shipped the nest Monday or Tuesday (9th or 10th). As of today (the 19th) still no words on when it might appear. Poor service and potential additonal actions to obtain the items in question
