Fizzies great for diabetics
I bought the assorted pack of fizzies as an alternative to the constant water I've been drinking since being diagnosed with diabetes. I think they taste great. They are made with sorbitol and splenda so there is no aftertaste and it doesn't make your blood sugar go up. My favorite flavors are orange, lemon-lime, cherry, and sour apple. They also offer root beer and fruit...

Fizzies drink tablets
Very disappointing. The Fizzies I recall having as a child produced a carbonated drink. This does not. I would not recommend this product, nor would I purchase it again.

I bought the assorted pack of fizzies as an alternative to the constant water I've been drinking since being diagnosed with diabetes. I think they taste great. They are made with sorbitol and splenda so there is no aftertaste and it doesn't make your blood sugar go up. My favorite flavors are orange, lemon-lime, cherry, and sour apple. They also offer root beer and fruit punch but I think the fruit punch tasted more like bubblegum. I didn't get sick drinking it unlike another person's review. I think it would be a great alternative to diet soda which I can't stand.

Fizzies Review, May 24, 2008

My sister loved Fizzies as a child so when I found them online I just had to send her a box of the assorted tablets. When they arrived she was amazed they were still available. She said they are just as she remembered and they brought back lots of memories. She shared them with her office staff and they all took a trip down "Memory Lane" at their "Fizzies Party."

Fun alternative to soda, water, Crystal Lite, or Kool-Ade, January 6, 2010

My dad got an assortment of these to give as a silly little Christmas gift for us (we are adults now). I really wasn't expecting much from them, but I was pleasantly surprised. The flavors are mild, but good tasting and not sickly sweet. Similarly, the carbonation turns out to have a pleasant effect rather than the gut-busting feeling you get from drinking soda. I was also happy to see that it is sweetened with sucralose rather than sugar or aspartame. The only drawback is the sodium content (contained in the compounds that create the carbonation.) One other thing to note is that one tablet is for 6 ounces of water, so you will likely need to use 2 or 3 tablets for a "normal" glass or bottle of water.
Overall, I'd say that if you are a soda drinker, you will find these disappointing since the flavors and carbonation are mild. However, as an alternative to Crystal Lite, Kool-Ade (which I can't stand) or plain water, these are fun and make a good drink.

FUN FUN FUN!! Having a blast sharing Fizzies!., October 22, 2009

My husband remembered Fizzies when we saw them on Unwrapped. I looked for them online found and ordered them!! Fantastic, we are having so much fun sharing them with the little ones in our lives. He loves sharing a piece of his childhood, and watching the excitement as the children discover the same joy he remembered. Parents enjoy the Vitamin C as a bonus to the children FUN!!

Get your kids to drink more water easily..., July 6, 2010

I found these in a candy store while on vacation and my daughters love them. I just put one in with their bottle of water and they chug it like its koolaid. Its alot better for them then koolaid or pop so I'm all for it. They are pricey but well worth it to get my kids to drink more water. I tried them, not so great to me. I think they taste like flavored water minus the sugar. But the kids like them so whatever works.

When I first saw that this fond memory from my youth was
again available, I couldn't believe it. I had to order a
6-pack. Just as I remembered. A pleasant fizzy drink. Not
too sugary but with a taste that is refreshing. Nothing
fancy, just fun!

OK, but not the same, July 12, 2008

I enjoyed the walk down nostalgia lane. I was hoping to find them at a price in line with soft drinks like they were years ago in the grocery stores.
The assortment is OK, but missing some of the flavors I remember as a kid and has some more 'exotic' fruit flavors. I remember cola, orange, lemonade, and root beer but that is all.
