Pretty good, but needs higher volume
To start off, I really shouldn't be complaining at all about this headset: I got it on discount for 25 dollars then used a mail-in rebate to get it for 5 dollars. So, for that price, this is best headset in the history of man. However, there is one issue with this headset: the volume does not go loud enough. People I speak to on it can hear me fine and do not even realize...

Earhook?
Notice how the earhook is never pictured in any of these official Samsung product shots? That's because they are so cheaply designed/manufactured they break if you look at them too hard. Dont waste your money...

Pretty good, but needs higher volume, December 16, 2008
This review is from: Samsung WEP210 Bluetooth Wireless Headset (Color Sent Based on Availability. Comes in Silver or Silver/Black) (Wireless Phone Accessory)
To start off, I really shouldn't be complaining at all about this headset: I got it on discount for 25 dollars then used a mail-in rebate to get it for 5 dollars. So, for that price, this is best headset in the history of man. However, there is one issue with this headset: the volume does not go loud enough. People I speak to on it can hear me fine and do not even realize that I am on a headset. However, I often have trouble hearing other people. It seems that even the loudest volume setting is quite low. I've used other headsets just fine, so I know its not just my ears or my phone. However, for five dollars this is a pretty minor complaint. If you are paying full price for this product however, you might want to look at some other headsets in the same range that have higher volume levels.

Very poor headset!, January 16, 2008
This review is from: Samsung WEP210 Bluetooth Wireless Headset (Color Sent Based on Availability. Comes in Silver or Silver/Black) (Wireless Phone Accessory)
The Samsung WEP210 may be the worst bluetooth I've tried. You can barely hear the caller. It doesn't want to stay in the ear at all. Most importantly, the call quality was terrible.
I deffinately DO NOT recommend this device.

It's cheap for a reason!, July 11, 2009
This review is from: Samsung WEP210 Bluetooth Wireless Headset (Color Sent Based on Availability. Comes in Silver or Silver/Black) (Wireless Phone Accessory)
It's cheap for a reason! Volume stinks, ring volume stinks.
Controls don't work as well as hoped, tends to redial with hangup.
Will be dumping mine soon and moving on.

Great Bluetooth Headset for the price, November 27, 2008
This review is from: Samsung WEP210 Bluetooth Wireless Headset (Color Sent Based on Availability. Comes in Silver or Silver/Black) (Wireless Phone Accessory)
Fits much better than my old Motorola H700 due to the soft, form-fitting ear piece and is light as a feather compared to my Plantronics 510. I found that I needed to use the plastic ear hook to keep the unit in place, and it was difficult to hear the other person until I cranked up the volume.
However, you can't beat the price and it was a cinch to setup (took me less than 2 minutes to pair with my BlackBerry). If you are like me and use your Bluetooth exclusively in the car, you will want to also pick up a car charger accessory.
Bottom line: great (inexpensive) Bluetooth headset that is easy to setup and is so light and comfortable that you will forget you are even wearing it. Also, the Multi-function button is easy to find (slightly raised), but you will need to learn how to use it correctly as it powers the unit on and off, answers calls, redials your last call, ends a call, rejects a caller, answers a second call, and places a caller on hold! All from one little button!

Samsung Bluetooth wireless not great, April 10, 2009
This review is from: Samsung WEP210 Bluetooth Wireless Headset (Color Sent Based on Availability. Comes in Silver or Silver/Black) (Wireless Phone Accessory)
I bought Samsung WEP210 on a Gold Box deal because it was a good name brand and priced low. I regret buying it because I cannot use it in the car. It is not loud enough at maximum. I have an LG that I use and it transmits sound very loud with the same phone, and it is far easier to use. I will probalby never use the Samsung again.

Ok for the price (discounted), January 11, 2009
This review is from: Samsung WEP210 Bluetooth Wireless Headset (Color Sent Based on Availability. Comes in Silver or Silver/Black) (Wireless Phone Accessory)
I had read the reviews about it not fitting well in the ear for most people, so I was expecting that. But the Bluetooth connection is not that good either.
If I wear the headset on one side, and my phone is on a pocket on the other side, there are lots of interference.
My phone is a Nokia N80, with which I have no problem using Bluetooth to connect to computers or other phones at several feet, so I doubt the problem is the phone's Bluetooth transmitter.

Fantastic!!, February 19, 2009
This review is from: Samsung WEP210 Bluetooth Wireless Headset (Color Sent Based on Availability. Comes in Silver or Silver/Black) (Wireless Phone Accessory)
Got this with my Verizon phone. Had one previously that I spent about 50bucks on and everytime I talked to someone on it they knew I was on a headset. Basically sounded like I was in a well.
This one is WAY better. Haven't had anyone complain about being able to hear me. On the highway with the road noise I have to speak up a bit but I would expect that. Haven't had any problems with getting it loud enough, and it fits perfectly in my ear, I don't even know it's there.
