Can't Recommend
Purchased this set 11 months ago from amazon. 3 pans have failing non-stick coating.The other 4 pans I didn't really use. The large stockpot failed within the 1st month. I was hand washing the pot and I noticed a "spot" on the bottom inside, thinking I missed a spot I used my nail to scrape it off. The "spot" became larger. Yes nice silver metal NOT black nonstick. I purchased this set to upgrade from a TFal set I've had for about 15 years. I'm an amature chef and this set has exceeded my expectations! I love the selection and different sizes of the peices. Something for everything that I want to prepare. All the peices have a very nice weight to them and the bottoms are thick and heat distributes very easily (food browns beautifully). I love that they can also go from stovetop to oven (up to 500 degrees). The lids are interchangable, so each pan has a lid that fits! The lids also offer a very secure seal. In fact, you can create a vaccumm seal by turning the heat down or off so food can stay warmer longer (break the seal by turning the heat back up for a couple of secs and then remove the lid). The user guide recommends using low to medium heat for most cooking tasks because of the highy conductive aluminum base. This is true, my meals have cooked evenly and just as fast on a lower heat setting than I would normally use. The set is dishwasher safe, however the user guide says that over a long period, regular dishwasher cleaning will eventually scratch any cookware. I've enjoyed cooking with this set a lot, I was really surprised at the difference between this set and my TFal set...I've been missing out! The only reason I gave this 4 stars is becasue I'm sure there are better sets out there, but don't let that fool you, I LOVE this set!

Our old nonstick pans were "peppering" our food, so it was time to move on. I don't love to cook and like cleaning up even less, so non-stick was still something I was interested in for the needs of our family. The stainless steel is nice looking; the nonstick great. I did have a few egg yolks break when turning them during cooking(probably the clumsy nylon spatula as well as a bit of stickage to the pan). I wish the set contained one less fry pan and one smaller dutch oven, as I like the stock pot, but it's pretty big for daily meals (unless one uses a stock pot all the time). However, all in all, a great set, easy to care for, and worth the money. I would purchase again.

Getting a really well made cooking set at a very reasonable price seemed almost impossible. Till I found this set. It is solidly made, feels great in the hands while cooking and the non-stick appears to be a good coating. I get good heat control, quick heat-up and efficient heat transfer. As far as I can tell, there are no odd spots.
Having used them for only a month, I cannot comment of longevity, but so far, the set has been excellent. Highly recommended.

I have the entire set of the stainless steel, and I have many of the non-stick frying pan pieces. For the price, you will not find a better value! These are quality products which have never let me down. the frying pans are substantial with a nice thick bottom that prevents scorching in most cases. (If you leave the pan alone on high, I'm sure SOMETHING will stick!) The handles are secruely attached/fastened and even running mine thorugh the dishwasher the past year and a half has not loosened them! I have been extremely happy with this product. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars? Only All-Clad gets 5 starts....but they cost too much! :)

I have a full set of Calphalon, it is bulletproof, but it looks old and is klunky and kind of unwieldly. I wanted something non-stick, lighter to handle and polished. Did alot of research and decied to try the Cuisinart. It arrived promptly and is it ever gorgeous!! It cooks evenly, heats quickly on a gas cooktop. Cleans easily, for the price and value, I don't know how you can beat it. I had reserved the option of buying Alclad or another brand if this wasn't up to my expectations,the Cuisinart is.
If you need a great set of cookware, for a great price- BUY IT. Heck, you can shave in the reflection from the pot. It is that nice.

I have been through so many sets of pots/pans over the years. These are by far the best set I have owned...and at a great price!! I was worried about the handles getting hot, but they dont at all. I can tell they will last forever...feel so durable and look great!!

These are the perfect pots and pans. Stainless outside but a nonstick interior, dishwasher safe and best of all they heat evenly. No need for high heat with these, as instructed I boiled water on a med high setting and it boiled faster than my old pots on high. I would highly recommend these.

I absolutely love this cookware set it looks beautiful in my stainless steel kitchen and my food cooks even and it washes well. The purchase price was the lowest on the net.

Called Cuisinart they said it needed to be inspected to see if its covered under warranty. I pay for shipping both ways. 2 more pans have since show peeling of the non-stick. I have 2 much older T-Fal non-stick pans, more heavily used, no problems. So needless to say I am highly disappointed and regret this purchase.
