My Dog LOVES IT! (and so do my cats!)
I have to admit that I was attracted to the "look" of the bed -- unique design, fabulous colors -- and didn't really think about whether my dog would use it or not since he usually ended up sleeping on the couch when I had purchased other dog beds.
To my surprise, not only does he NOT sleep on the couch anymore, he totally loves this bed. I never thought...

This is a very cool-looking and well-made bed. My dog hates it, though, because he likes to nest and he can't move the material around. So he gets frustrated and sleeps on a blanket, instead. It's an expensive bed, too. I'm not recommending it.

I have to admit that I was attracted to the "look" of the bed -- unique design, fabulous colors -- and didn't really think about whether my dog would use it or not since he usually ended up sleeping on the couch when I had purchased other dog beds.
To my surprise, not only does he NOT sleep on the couch anymore, he totally loves this bed. I never thought about the "burrowing" instinct of my dog but he does exactly that everytime he gets into his bella bed. It's hard to describe, but he sticks his head in first, sometimes scratches the bed a little, and then situates his body so that he is enveloped in the bed before he lays down.
I've never seen him do that with any other bed. He normally just plopped right onto the other pet beds I bought or place he was sleeping...and within a few minutes was moving around to find another comfortable position. Not with the bella bed. Once he's on it, he's there for a good while.
And my cats love the bed, too. When he's away, at least one of my two cats (sometimes both of them) are in the bed, which really shocked me because they have NEVER liked any pet beds.
Big hit with my pets and big hit with my guests who "ooh" and "aah" over its very unique/hip design and wonderful colors.

a must buy for your baby, February 10, 2009
my samson took to the bed like it was the best thing i ever bought him. i wish i bought it earlier. the style fits in any decor. its soft, cozy, and your baby will love it. samson carries his favorite toy into bed and he sleeps so comfy all night.

Great pet bed, January 11, 2009
My Boxer loves her new bed. Got the large size, and it's just heavy enough that she can't drag it all over the house, but she can turn lots of circles on it before deciding to drop!

Dog hates it, cat likes it, December 18, 2008
I got this bed on sale and it came promptly with no problems. It kind of looks like a cinnamon bun! My small dog refuses to lay in it. The bed is so tilted that she just falls out of it onto the floor when she has tried to lay in it. At first she attempted a few times, but just couldn't wriggle herself so that she would stay in the bed. I have tried several times to adjust the bed so it is more level, but it just falls back on its side where she can't lay in it. The cat however likes it. He curls up in it and holds on with his claws.

A Dog's Review, December 13, 2008
Amazon was having a HUGE blow out on doggy beds a few months ago, and this is one of the SEVEN beds I bought for my little 15# Westie.
Unfortunately, this is the only one she would NOT go anywhere near! She hated it.
I liked the color of rose/brown, the great material, and how well made it was, and awesome design. Good thing I got it for $35, cause I ended up giving it to someone who also had a Westie, was in need of a bed, and fortunately, he LOVED it.

Wonderful bed, November 1, 2008
My dogs love this bed. The design is amazing. They love to snuggle right in. I gave one to a friend for her dog and he loves it. However, her cat is always trying to take over the bed from the poor dog. Cats love it as much as dogs.

A Perfect Fit!, June 21, 2008
The Bella Bed is stylish, functional as well as a space saver. My soon-to-be 4 yr. old Dobe loves her Bella Bed though it did take a few days to transition. I especially like the bed because it protects the walls as she tends to lean against it as she slides down into her bed.
Also, I like the fact that it is one piece i.e., no covers to remove and launder. I highly recommend it if your dog tends to curl up when she sleeps.

Puggy loves it!, May 26, 2008
Puggy Sue, my black Pug, loves the Bella Bed (medium size), and so do I! We've been trying for months to break her habit of sleeping on our bed. Puggy took to the Bella Bed right away, and she rocks back and forth in it. It's super easy to clean, too, in the washer, unlike her previous bed. Thanks!

CAT- DOG BED, May 2, 2008
GREAT BED FOR MY FELINES....half of them love it, and the others gravitate to other types of beds; however, the kitties that do sleep in this bed couldn't be happier. They look snug as a bug in a rug...and how great is that? No fighting exists to sleep in this bed, the cats just take turns sleeping in it or watching T.V. and lounging in this beautifully designed pet bed. Worth the money, since it has a beautiful hi-tech sculptural look to it, and it comes in an assortment of great colors to compliment any home decor. This would also be great for any size dog, since it comes in several sizes to fit most pets.
Wish I had one for myself....it looks more comfortable than my old couch.
