Great so far!

Hot Rox
Although I don't feel that this product helped me lose weight, it did give me energy. I work out all the time, so that extra energy helped, although I was only able to take one capsule in the morning instead of two or three because it was too much for me.

I wanted to get back in shape and get tones again because I have been slacking a little. I started working out about a month ago and decided to buy Hot Rox to help me. Well I started using theis a week ago. I started with one pill twice a day and now I am up to two pills twice a day. I usually take 2 when I first wake up with a lot of water and then eat 45 min later. And then take another 2, 6 hrs later. I do at least 30-45 min of cardio and strength training. (Usually crunches, legs, arms, etc). I have also changed my diet. I eat about 5-6 small meals a day and 2 of those meals are protein smoothies. (Usually berries/banana, ice, low fat milk, yogurt, and a little vanilla whey)and I have cut out the soda to maybe once a week. I don't usually go by how much weight I have lost. I don't have a scale and muscle weighs more than fat. I usually go by how my clothes fit. I can already see a difference. My six pack is coming back Yay! And my legs are getting toned again. I have not had any side effects on Hot Rox. No tummy ache or headaches. (I took hydroxycut a while ago and it hurt my stomach so bad)and it does decrease my appetite. But I make myself eat about 5-6 small meals a day to boost my metabolism. I do sometimes get a sensation of my tummy burning, kinda like I ate something spicy on an empty tummy, but its not significant where it hurt my tummy. It also gives me a lot of energy to do my cardio when I am tired. And I notice I sweat a lot more when I work out. I don't have problems sleeping. Usually if I do, I drink non caffenated green tea or Sleepytime from Celestial Seasonings. (Yummy) and that usually gets me to sleep. I think that if you try to take this as a magic pill, its not gonna work. You have to stick to a good diet and work out and use Hot Rox as an aid to help your metabolism. I would definately recommend this product to other viewers.

good choice! maintenance is important though!!, December 3, 2006
I have been using this on and off for 1 year. Inially i lost about 15lbs real fast...like 1 month. You know its working becuase you have to go the bathroom within 20min after taking it. I enjoy it as it gives me a kick before i exercise as well as supressing my appetite. I do still crave carbs and such but i can't each much, and i dont get that "hunger" feeling. I haven't lost much more weight since that initial starting point but it does work, and it works fast! It helps you lose the initial 15-30lbs, but then it is up to you to continue with a healthy lifestyle to maintain the weigh loss. The only side effect i experienced was dizzyness...but that is because im a harcore runner and run 15-20miles a day!!!
I say go for it! I had success and I hope you will too!

Good for energy, not so sure about fat loss., September 16, 2008
I love these pills because they give me a big energy boost. If you start doing something active they seem to work pretty good. If you just sit around, they will just seem to do not much of anything.
As for fat loss, i'm about 6'2" 185, so i'm not really fat, though I have that small bit of stubborn fat around my mid section which doesn't seem to go away no matter what I take or do.
So I can't say anything about these pills except that they're good for energy once you start to warm your body up a bit. Whether it's warming up before a walk, or lifting weights, or just cleaning your house (which I end up doing way too much).

Hot-rox helped to curb my appetite but not much else. Didn't see any results. I was using this in conjuction in working with a trainer. Might work for others but not for me.

Works just fine, February 8, 2008
I'm taking this as a supplement to the Velocity Diet, and it's working just fine for me. Just remember to have enough liquid when you take the pills, else you won't feel too good.

This product is crap for fat loss but is a good energy booster which helped me work out harder. If you purchase make sure you understand that this isn't going to make you lose fat but give you the endurance to work harder.

I have not feelt a huge difference, February 8, 2008
I am taking the pills for several weeks but I am not felling a big difference.... I will wait more time to see if some happens...
The good thing is that I am not felling any collateral effects

Damaged my Friend's liver, January 29, 2006
DO not take this without approval from your DR. I know everyone says that. My friend was reccommended this product from someone and he brough it to his dr attention. The did a full work up on him to make sure he was able to take Hot Rox. His results were that of a top notch athlete. A month later he went in for another full work up (blood and all) because he wasn't seeing any results from the product. The product has damaged his liver and he was taking the correct dosage. He is in process of suing this company. Again if you do take it do it under supervision- it is not worth risking your life to have a rapid weight loss
