The only problem I have with this puzzle is that it is too tempting to use the numbers given on the back of the pieces to get through the endless ocean of blue...It's not a bad idea to watch your kids and make sure they dont cheat for the whole puzzle. Once you start seeing land form, make them find pieces with countries etc they know where to place and they will learn alot from that...

enjoyed putting it together, but I just used the numbering on the back of the pieces - so I guess I cheated. The hard part was getting the last few pieces in. That was a challenge. I used the center top piece and put all the pieces that attach to it together except 2, then used a pencil underneath and my finger on top to snap them in. Then had to use an eraser and tap the last couple pieces in. They're not exactly perfect but they look pretty good. I like the finished product, it looks nice. We already have a larger globe, but this one is easier to keep displayed in the family room since it's smaller.

This is a great puzzle. This was my first attempt at a 3D puzzle and was easy to put together, although it took some getting used to putting it together gently so as not to push all the pieces in. My granddaughter helped me and we learned geography as we went. I would recommend this product.
