No mess painting
The preschoolers next door often come over to "help" me with my chores. One day I was painting the bathroom walls and I let them help. They have never forgotten that and are constantly asking me to let them paint. In the summer, I give them water and a paintbrush and let them "paint the house" but now that it's winter it's time for indoor activities. I purchased these...

Not as good as other Color Wonder products
My three artistic boys love to color and draw, and this was a hit at Christmas time. But it lasted only about ten minutes, and they were done. The paint brushes tend to splay out too much, and the images are really fuzzy. I think we all prefer the sets with markers instead.

It works great!
I ended up giving sets of these to all the kids for Christmas. What a great way for the kids to be able to be creative and still keep things clean for their parents. Not only do I recommend these, but I suggest that the adults sit down and play with these with the kids as well. You'll have time... just use what time you would have spent in clean-up instead!

This is the best idea!, February 6, 2010
Durability: Fun: Educational:

This is perfect for my daughter, and she LOVES it! She's 2 1/2 so the brushes take a beating. The Markers probably would have been better, but it really is mess-free. No more coloring on walls or clothes!

Greatest thing for 2 year old!, July 26, 2010
Durability: Fun: Educational:
This review is from: Crayola Mess - Free Color Wonder Paints and Paper (Toy)
I was hesitant to let my 2 year old paint - I thought the mess would just be too much.. This product is great - no mess and she gets to paint.. What more could you ask for.. If your toddler is still putting things in his/her mouth you will need to take the caps but other than that - it is perfect..

Mess free fun - gotta love it!!, May 15, 2009
Durability: Fun: Educational:
This review is from: Crayola Mess - Free Color Wonder Paints and Paper (Toy)
My son is almost 1 1/2 years old so I wanted something that was mess-free. When I saw the commercials for the Color Wonder products, I was so excited!! Although he is still too young to really draw, he has a blast trying to - and that's all that matters. Eventually we'll upgrade to real markers (I don't want him thinking he can draw on anything and not damage it!!) but for now this is a perfect solution.
