THIS THING SUCKS. It works fine if you're holding the phone in front of your face but the second you put it in your pocket there's distortion and crackling. Thanks a lot faceless crappy corporation for making an inferior product and wasting my time and money. Maybe I'm being mean and it's just my phone. But I tried real hard and the only thing this bluetooth is good for is making calls and making everyone on the other end think they are on speaker phone and asking you to call back later. How embarrassing.

I'm very dissapointed in this product. I was so excited to get a headset for my htc hero sprint phone and when I talk to everyone it sounds like crap. No one can understand what I am saying. Everyone says that it sounds like I'm mummbling :-/. Upset, biggest waste of 19 dollars
