Tough machine
I've had my blower for 13 yrs. and it still runs like a top. I've had one service call on it for $40+ and that's all. Somtimes it doesn't want to start well after sitting all winter, but once it's going - it's going! The best 50th birthday present I got.

I purchased the Homelite 25cc blower (for convenience) and had extreme difficulty keeping it running.
1) On run (rabbit)-half choke and prime 7x. 2)Place on full choke, when it sounds as though it is going to run. Move to half choke (that's the joke)! 3) Let it run for 10 seconds-move to full throttle (last joke)!

Wasted money, November 28, 2009

Purchased reconditioned; worked well once and wrote a very positive reivew. Tried to start next day and wouldn't. Repair shop stated since had no carborator, could not adjust and wasted money.

I ordered this blower after asking around and doing on-line research. This unit was shipped very quickly. My husband is using it this very minute, I have used it too. Love it. Light, easy, powerful. THE END

Works perfectly. Right out of the box. Nothing special except to follow the instructions. Hasn't given me a second worth of trouble. There are more powerful blowers out there, but you are going to pay dearly for them.

Yard Broom started & worked well right out of the box, September 1, 2008

The 25cc Yard Broom ZR08110 started & worked well right out of the box. I blew tree limbs & leaves off of 500 feet of paving. Having the long nozel is a plus because it gets the air under the leaves better than a short nozel.
I would recommend the other homelite 25cc blower with the air inlet on the bottom. This one has the air inlet on the left side, and when you rest the weight of the blower on your right hip it tends to suck your pants or jeans into the protective cover. The exhaust is on the right side and this may be a problem for left handed users because holding it with your left hand blows the hot exhaust on your left hip.

Don't think I'd buy another reconditioned product. The sound of the motor
has a griding noise. It works, is what matters. How long is another good
question.

i have a homelite yardbroom 2. 170mph. it works well as a blower. the major problem is that the button which controls the amount of power gets stuck all of the time and it's fairly dangerous and annoying. i had an earlier generation one that was better. i would beware of this product.

I received this blower in perfect visual condition. I didn't remove it completely from the bos for use until after about two weeks. It looked like it was brand new. Even the box that it was in looked new. I filled it up with the appropriately mixed fuel as called for in the manual (which was also new). All of the starting information in the manual explained everything perfectly. I followed these instructions and the maching fired up right away. It performs it function very well. As stated in my title to this review: "I Love This Blower."
