Good product
I bought these pair last week and I am happy with its performance. It has nice cushions and doesn't pinch or hurt. I walk a lot (almost 2 miles every day) and was looking for some shoe worth its money. So far, so good. But will review these shoes again in a month or so.
It has been more than 2 months and I am happy with my purchase. Still the cushions hold...

Painful Heels
These shoes were comfortable and stylish, but only for a few hours. After that they rubbed my heels raw and made them very sore. It was painful to walk in these shoes. I tried different socks, but that didn't help. I'm not sure what the problem was. I don't think it was a size problem because they generally felt okay and felt like the proper size. Surprising fit and comfort, October 10, 2009
Shoe buying on line is a like shooting balloons at a carnival for a prize. My last pair of "on line" Rockport's seemed adequate, but less than ideal. 10 months later (it took me that long to decide they weren't adequate) I've decided that I can't wear them anymore and will be donated to the Goodwill.
So, I was apprehensive about these. I'd seen them in a shoe store a long way from home on a day that afforded no time to sit and fit.
I have a somewhat narrow foot and am at the mercy of how the designers place the lacing holes to give me some room to tighten them down. I snugged them down just a bit and wore them all day at work yesterday (office setting). Not only were they a nice fit, they had a surprising amount of cushioning. I wonder how long THAT will last.
Right now, I'm giving them 4 stars since I don't know how they will hold up (I have 4 other pair of Rockports; my "daily" ones have lasted 5 years and are still in great shape), but am already more satisfied than I was with my last on line Rockport experience.
This may be my first multi colored shoe (running shoes not included) and they go well with my typical color scheme when I'm not in a suit.

A great pair, May 29, 2010
This is a great pair of shoes, stylish looking yet not so formal. They feel sturdy and comfortable. Only complaint I have is that shoe laces are thick so they get untied easily, but double knot does the trick!!

This was a great looking shoe. I put them on this morning, and woo! felt great, and the cushion soul are a gem to my feet..
And, it was a very fast shipping to the door 2-1/2 days.

Comfort and Price Overcome the Fragility of this Shoe to Scuff Marks, April 26, 2010

I got the tan shoes. Unbelievable price! Great comfort for my feet - as good as it gets!
The only negative I found is this tan shoe is highly susceptible to scuff marks. Immediately underneath the nice-looking tan exterior over the toes is a much lighter shade. A small scratch therefore is very noticable.
The closest shoe polish I found on Amazon to mask those light colored scuff marks is: Kiwi Parade Gloss, Brown. With this item I believe these shoes can be made to look good for the life of the shoe.

Rockport walk sport shoe, April 3, 2010
A really good shoe. My son was delighted to get these because he has to wear Rockports to keep his back from hurting during the day. He has other styles but this was a particularly sporty style. Well received.

This was my 1st pair of shoes....(no, just kidding)
"Rockports are Rockports....." they always fit perfect and feel great! These casuals are great, they fit perfect and there is zero break in time. They feel like I have worn them for months, although I've only had them for a few weeks. Like all Rockports they always feel good from the very 1st time you wear them till you have to finally give them up years later. I've worn Rockports for years, as dress and work shoes and have always had nothing but good things to say about them. These are a great deal too at this price. I'll be taking these shoes on my Caribbean Cruise in a few days as my everyday shoes for sure!

Great shoe for the money, January 30, 2010
I paid only 35 dollars for this pair of shoes and I felt like I was stealing them. Rockports are an incredible brand and though I probably wouldn't pay full price for them, Amazon often offers the opportunity to pick up a pair cheap. They fit well, look incredible (I got a lot of compliments at my job about the shoes, and the deal I got for them). My only problem are the shoelaces, which are too slick to stay tied. I solved that by double-knotting them. A slight inconvenience but hardly something to get upset about.
I recommend Rockports to everyone, and this specific shoe is no different. It's worth every penny.
