A lot of people in the industry use sunie/seiki heat presses!

I love mine!! :)

To the person who gave the bad review....
You need SPECIAL SUBLIMATION INKS to do mugs!
AND SPECIAL SUBLIMATION PAPER!
AND SPECIAL COATED MUGS made for "sublimation"!

...do some research on "sublimation"

The mugs cost around...

What a big disappointment! if I could give it less than 1 star I would. It seems it blames everything on paper mug and nothing on the machine. Sorry I have spent the money for it.

It did not work for me I have tried HP transfer paper canon transfer paper and it all did not work it never transferred on the mug evenly on several mugs. I tried several...

To the person who gave the bad review....
You need SPECIAL SUBLIMATION INKS to do mugs!
AND SPECIAL SUBLIMATION PAPER!
AND SPECIAL COATED MUGS made for "sublimation"!

...do some research on "sublimation"

The mugs cost around 1.50
The paper is about 17.00 for 100 sheets

BUT THE SUBLIMATION INK IS EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!!!

And you should only use an EPSON printer when running "sublimation" ink.

What a big disappointment! if I could give it less than 1 star I would. It seems it blames everything on paper mug and nothing on the machine. Sorry I have spent the money for it.

It did not work for me I have tried HP transfer paper canon transfer paper and it all did not work it never transferred on the mug evenly on several mugs. I tried several settings between 290c to 330c from 40sc to 80sc and the results are the same disappointing. My kids were happy that we got it and we were so disappointed that we could not have photos on mugs.
