Dishwasher proof...love it!
The most important factor in my purchase of this product was they they can be washed in the dishwasher. With three kids, hand washing pots, pans and knives every night is just something I'm no longer willing to do. The manufacturer states that while these are dishwasher-proof, they still recommend hand washing. I have owned mine for a month now and washed them almost...

I bought these pots on May 9. Today is September 9, and the pots are peeling and chipping. I have NOT put them into the dishwasher. I have NOT used metal utensils. I have followed all the directions given with the pots. One pot is chipping and the non-stick lining is completely coming out. The pots came with a limited warranty. I have to pay to mail the 1 qt pot back, and pay to have it sent back to me. They will look at the pot and determine if it is shoddy workmanship or my faulty usage. I am looking at spending about $20 for this little pot, which is completely not worth it. However, it makes me nervous, thinking that the set is faulty, and I will run into other problems.
I highly recommend getting Tramontina pots. I bought a few to supplement what was missing from this set, and found them to be excellent pots. They are not thin like these ones are. They are restaurant grade pots, heating very evenly and clean up is a breeze. I am just sorry I threw out so much money on this junk. Cuisinart will not be getting any more money from me.

this pot set is quite wonderful! i love the cleanability and dishwasher-safe stainless and the nonstick is fantastic! it's been hard to find a set with both attributes. the nonstick never needs soaking to get off tough, dried-on foods. the lids on a few are interchangeable, so you don't have to have too many lids. the 2qt. pot lid fits the 8-inch skillet. the 3qt. pot, the 3.5 quart saute pan, and the stock pot all have the same diameter, so any of their lids can be used with the 10-inch skillet.
the only thing i would change is the make the 3.5 quart saute pan a little deeper, maybe by an inch or two. i realize that would also change the capacity for the better. the encapsulated aluminum bottom on all the pots and skillets really provides even heating.
i definitely think it's worth it to get this 14-piece over the 12-piece. the only difference is the 12-inch everyday pan and it's lid which has come in more handy than i thought. it's a great size for 4-6 and possibly 8 servings of meat.
if you're looking for quality stainless and nonstick, you'll love this set!

I am really impressed with this cookware. It only takes a minute or two to heat the food and it is also easy to clean.
The only problem I have with my set is that the lining is really thin. If you soak anything in the big pot it will leave a permanent stain.

I recently moved to the US from England and had to leave my old pots behind. I was looking for something similar to what I used to have and this seemed to be the closest.
There is a pot size for pretty much anything you could want to cook.
They hold the heat great as they have thick bottoms. The pots are pretty heavy for my weak wrists but luckily, the bigger pots have a second handle to help carry them from the range to wherever you need them. The glass lids are also pretty heavy and the handles do get a little hot but I was able to lift them off without a glove or towel after 45 minutes of simmering. You might want to get a small glove though.
I'm using the pots on an electric radiant glass top and I get even heat throughout.
I'd definitely recommend these pots to anyone looking for a good, solid non-stick pot set.

We were excited to get these pans, based on reviews. But, we should have paid more attention to the reviews we read about poor customer service from Cuisinart. One of the pans arrived with a large lump on the bottom - no way it would be usable on a glass cooktop. We contacted Cuisinart, who tried to blame Amazon (even after I explained that the pans shipped in the original packaging and had never been opened). I was told I could ship the pan to the Cuisinart warehouse (at my cost), where they would look at it and decide if I should get a refund. Plenty of people have written that they did indeed ship their defective pans, but still hadn't heard anything after months had passed...we won't be doing that. So, unfortunately, we have to return the whole set. Amazon and their spectacular customer service (Thanks, April) really put the Cuisinart folks to shame.

Overall I would recommend this set. I don't cook every day, but I've had them about 6 months and they seem to be holding up nicely. They clean up wonderfully compared to many pans I've had.
If you want to get picky... As mentioned before, the lid handles get quite warm. Also, this may sound odd, but it's difficult to tell when water is actually boiling. I'm no physicist, but I think the non-stick coating may be SO slick that it's difficult for bubbles to form. Just takes some getting used to. No problems with chipping or staining as yet.

I bought this cookware set based on a recommendation on a website I found. I read good reviews and for the amazing price I found on Amazon for the set, I decided to buy them.
While I do think they are adequate, they aren't rocking my world.
Admittedly, I am not an expert chef, but I was tired of buying the cheap stuff and wanted to try a better reviewed product. I debated about whether to go with the non-stick or not, and obviously in the end decided to go with it rather than the straight stainless set - due to the ease of clean up.
I haven't had a chance to use them alot, but truthfully, I'm a bit disappointed with the weight of them.
I've used the "Everyday pan" and I love the shape and the flat bottom, but around the edges of the pan it seems thin and almost seems like the non-stick surface will chip off. In fact, just while I was unpacking the pots, I banged a few of them together lightly and one of them has a tiny bit of non-stick coating fall off. I was NOT happy about that.
I also noticed that after just one use, the bottom was already getting a bit discolored. I have some special stainless steel pot cleaner stuff, and I was able to get 98% of the stain off, but I could still see it faintly. After one use, I don't think pans should start to stain. I was hoping to have a nice set of pans, inside and out that I could hang on a pot rack and not be ashamed of.

I got this set to learn how to cook on and it's done very well so far. It cleans very nicely and the non stick is great. The only issue I have is the handles (being metal) get pretty warm so you need to watch out when cooking! All in all it's a great set and I highly recommend it.

This is the best cookware I have ever owned. It is easy to clean, and wonderful to cook with. It does take some adjusting as the heat settings are much lower than with the cookware I used before.
I love it.
