I have the HDP 900 hooked up to my home theater, and I've had no problems so far. No interference due to the Clean Power, I like the back lit labels, and have no problems.

I just got this at fry's and just found out I payed to much, but with that said this product work extremely well and just as advertised. It looks really cool bacuse of the illumination it has and just yesterday I got to witness it work when the power went out and everything is OK.
I also hooked up my phoe line, network cable and coax, I didn't think that there would be a noticible difference with those hook-ups but there was, my phone sounds extra nice and the image on my flat screen is crisp and clean (it had some on screen distortion before)
It's a little expensive for an 8 outlet powercenter but it'll be more expensive to replace all the stuff connected to it.
In a nutshell if you want to protect your home theater system and other electronics this is the powercenter to GET.

The Monster Power Blackout power center is a well made, protective power source for my home theater system. The protection circuitry has not yet been tested (I hope it never is), but the unit is very easy to use, and I like the fact that each outlet is illuminated with a heading for the item you plug in. The protection indicator is lit, so I know it's working. Highly recommended.

I have this product connected to my HDTV, satellite downlink, small sound system and an Apple Airport Express. The picture of it is the one on the product box. The actual unit is half the width of the photo. The outlets are well placed and, if you're into it, it looks great because the outlets are each illuminated in color when one has it on. If it performs as advertised, it is a good deal.
