Very nice item at a good price!
Have had this item for about 3 months now. Looks great, and have not had any issues with it at all.
Time has remained accurate. Would recommend to others.

Overpriced - and not as attractive as appeared
Huge, round, flat, no real personality. Arrived in enormous box with no directions, no invoice, no way to even tell where it was made. Looks like a less than $20 clock from Kmart. No second hand, no chime, no bong and had to oil the pendulum which squeaked. Pendulum just for show. My good, wooden, chime clock broke suddenly so needed something right away, looked...

Huge, round, flat, no real personality. Arrived in enormous box with no directions, no invoice, no way to even tell where it was made. Looks like a less than $20 clock from Kmart. No second hand, no chime, no bong and had to oil the pendulum which squeaked. Pendulum just for show. My good, wooden, chime clock broke suddenly so needed something right away, looked better in photo. Would not purchase if saw in store. Fairly sturdy, seems to be pressed wood and with no glass on it it feels like the print will last. The distress marks are imprinted. If you need a HUGE clock, this will do. Not pretty but you can see it. The only way you can tell it is working is by the battery operated pendulum. Very delicate hands so must be careful unpacking and putting up. Too bulky to return.

This is a very nice clock for the price. It really is an eye-catcher being that it is 23" in diameter. I've received many compliments.The pendulum also adds a nice touch and does not make any noise (which I prefer).
Some shops sell similar clocks for around $90.00.

Runs for a few days, then . . ., June 1, 2009

This clock looks great but the one I got only runs for about 3 or 4 days and then it starts slowing down and completely stops within a couple of weeks. Then I put a new batt in and it's fine again, for about 3 days.
So it's good if you don't mind a clock that is rarely the right time.

very nice clock with OK hardware. One of the arms of the clock was actually bent upon shipment, but was easily bent straight since it is a very thin piece of metal.
Otherwise looks nice and runs good.
