Almost perfect, always looking for sweet corn holders that will hold fresh corn! These have the ability to "nest" their blades in the opposite unit so they remain safe for handling, they float when you wash them so they are easy to find in the sink. I had one of them come apart after the third use and had to glue it back together or I would have probably given it a 5 star rating. Sometimes you wish that someone would make these out of LEXAN (TM) from GE and Stainless Steel so they would end up lasting forever. These (from Cuisinart) are the best I found so far!
