First Time Trying It...I Love This Stuff!!
If you've never tried flax seed or chia seeds and want to...skip the regular bags and buy FitFlax. They roast the flax seeds and then lightly salt them and the chia seeds. They're nutty and salty and yummy! I eat them right out of the bag or sprinkle them on my oatmeal. They would go good on anything you want to add a nutty taste too.

Proof is in the taste, October 20, 2008
This review is from: FitFlax - Golden Roasted Flax Seeds with Chia Seeds (Health and Beauty)
Simple, ready to eat, no grinding or toasting needed. My daughter told me about this wonderful product and I was excited to find it at Amazon so I can order here the next time. Nutty flavor enhances my oatmeal and yogurt. The price is very good for 12oz which is more than it seems since you only use about a Tbsp at a time.

Best tasting flaxseeds, June 9, 2010
This review is from: FitFlax - Golden Roasted Flax Seeds with Chia Seeds (Health and Beauty)
This is the best tasting flax seed mix. The chia seeds are similar to poppy seeds in texture and size (also delicious). It's delicious on yogurt or cereal.

Fabulous Fit Flax!, December 12, 2009
This review is from: FitFlax - Golden Roasted Flax Seeds with Chia Seeds (Health and Beauty)
I love the taste of this brand of fit flax. This is the only way to eat the omega 3's that taste good. You can take pills, but this is the only way to get ALL the benefits to your body by eating the seeds and chia seeds as well. I just mix them 1 TBS. at a time in my yougurt everymorning. Or sprinkle them on my toast and PN butter. Yummy yummy. I haven't tried toasting them in the oven, but one reader did and said they are terrific.

When you don't have time to roast your own..., November 13, 2009
This review is from: FitFlax - Golden Roasted Flax Seeds with Chia Seeds (Health and Beauty)
Expensive, but great product. I'm here ordering again. Since I learned to roast (pop) my own flax, I only use this as a backup. It also has the chia, which I have not found a reasonably priced source for by itself (appears to be even better than flax as health food). To roast your own flax (tastes great; recommend organic), simply heat a skillet (I prefer cast iron) to medium hot and put in half a cup or so of seeds. Stir for about 3 - 5 minutes. Have a lid handy, because the little buggers pop just like popcorn and can make a mess. Dump on a plate or cookie sheet to cool. Keep in fridge and grind (coffee grinder) right before using.

Great Stuff!!!!!!!, August 29, 2009
This review is from: FitFlax - Golden Roasted Flax Seeds with Chia Seeds (Health and Beauty)
I love Fitflax. It can be eaten right out of the bag. I put it in my oatmeal every morning and have even put it on a chicken salad sandwich for a nutty salty taste. It does help you stay full and is a great pick me up in the afternoon with yogurt.
