I purchased the manual version of this device for under $90.00 at my urologist's suggestion post radical prostatectomy. I had high expectations after speaking with an Augusta Medical Systems representative. The product appears to be well made but I could not achieve a suitable errection after trying many times despite following the instructions to the letter. The Select Tension System which is included in three different sizes is useless since it is too inflexible. After soaking it in hot water to make it more pliable as suggested by an Augusta Medical rep, I was finally able to place it successfully on my penis but it was so painful that I had to remove it immediately. The Sure Ease Comfort Tension System purchased as a optional accessory was definitely more comfortable and flexible but one of the ears ripped on first use. Augusta Medical would not replace it since it was not purchased directly from them and referred me to the seller. The seller in turn advises that all issues of this type be referred to the manufacturer. While the Sure Ease Comfort System is a distinct improvement over the included Select Tension System, this product did not produce the results that I desired or that the convincing staff of Augusta Medical promised.
