Great value for the money!
I've been looking for a reasonably priced bluetooth earset for my car. I don't particularly like people walking around with the earset on talking in line, at a restuarant, on the train... The only reason I bought one was for my car so price was more important than quality. The H620 has plenty of both!! It has noise reduction features found in much more expensive units...
Won't Fit
Unfortunately I am unable to rate the quality of this headset because it will not stay in my ear long enough for me to answer a call. I have tried every way possible to position this headset in my ear and have been unsuccessful. Headsets are used to prevent distractions while driving. However, I dare not use this while driving because it's subject to fall out my ear...

I've been looking for a reasonably priced bluetooth earset for my car. I don't particularly like people walking around with the earset on talking in line, at a restuarant, on the train... The only reason I bought one was for my car so price was more important than quality. The H620 has plenty of both!! It has noise reduction features found in much more expensive units and comes with a terrific dash clip that holds the earpiece. I don't voluntarily make calls from the car so I don't use it often; it's great to always know where it is. Can't imagine spending up to $100 more, it's Motorola not a knock off!!!

I've tried 6 bluetooth headsets, and this is the first one I can wear with comfort. It combines in the ear with an over the ear plastic piece. All of the others I tried pushed too hard in my ear, or the clip pressed against my outer ear. This design has the over-the ear loop sprouting directly behind the in-ear speaker. Better fit.
Sound is great, easy to use. Simple and great design!

This headset is great! It is very easy to use. It looks great. It is comfortable and best of all, it works great! I bought it for use while driving and voice chat for online gaming. It works perfect in the car but it's a different story for the computer. It doesn't have very good sound quality for gaming but it's perfect for voice chat. It has too much treble and not enough bass in game and for music. I can't hold that against it though because it isn't intended for gaming. For what it is intended for it is PERFECT!
NOTE: You can actually set it up to be used as your speaker & microphone for a VOIP program and have your video games play sound through desktop speakers and it's perfect. I have all of my sound come through the headset though because I play late at night while my wife & baby are asleep in the same room. It doesn't do me justice in the game when I need to hear footsteps and other noises but it gets the job done!

Although it's sold as new my headset was clearly marked as a refurbished unit. It works fine and have had no problems but it would have been nice to have it correctly labeled. Don't know if all units are this way as only purchased one.

I bought this as a replacement for a Plantronics Voyager 520. (Lost it, so needed a quick replacement.) I found the 520 to be very comfortable. The way it channeled sound into the ear worked very well.
Pros:
* Has a mute function. I listen in on lots of telecons for business, so I really needed this.
* Sound quality is very good, both for both ends (if you can keep it in your ear)
* Buttons are easy to access and operate.
Cons:
* I have not been able to find any way to make this fit me. With the tips that is came with, it managed to be both painful, and yet fall out easily. any turn of the head and it would be hanging there in space. I also had a hard time hearing it because it would end up too far out of my ear. I could use the oblong tip and get it wedged to where it would stay better, but it hurt terribly. I tried a 3rd party ear gel, and that holds it a bit better, but still hurts. I end up having to push it back in every couple minutes, especially if I'm moving around at all. And for the record, I've never had any problems with stereo earbuds or ear-canal phones.
* Related to fit, when trying to stuff it back in your ear, it is really easy to accidentall hit the big call control button and cut off the call.
I really can't imagine how anyone can use this for any time at all. I've made it work for several weeks, but I'm looking for a replacement.

My dog chewed up my old Bluetooth earpiece so this was a spur-of-the-minute purchase. It tturns out that it saw a good choice. Sound is clear and it fells comfortable. For the price I could not have done better.

I bought this for my Fiances birthday and we talk from it all the time and he also uses it while driving 5 speed etc and you cant even tell hes on it. It's definitely worth buying and for the quality you get I would think it would cost more and he thinks I did lol
