We have two dogs and a cat. The house can get a certain animal smell to it, especially in the winter when the windows can't be open. These candles really are amazing. We burn one upstairs and one downstairs for a couple hours and the house smells fresh for several days. I was hesitant on these due to price but they last a long time and work well so overall I think they are worth the money.

Burning this candle while cooking really prevents the whole house from smelling like onions, fish, or whatever.
