Excellent
I consider this a must have item for my Baby Jogger City Mini Double stroller. I was a little wary of purchasing it online and not seeing it in person first but I was pleasantly surprised. Don't buy this for the City Mini Double!
This is meant to fit best on the single City Mini, but on the double, it's an awkward fit: it's a little lopsided and not as sturdy. I'm surprised that Baby Jogger doesn't make a separate model specifically for the double stroller; their strollers and accessories are expensive enough that everything certainly ought to fit properly. I was prepared to spend more money over...

This is meant to fit best on the single City Mini, but on the double, it's an awkward fit: it's a little lopsided and not as sturdy. I'm surprised that Baby Jogger doesn't make a separate model specifically for the double stroller; their strollers and accessories are expensive enough that everything certainly ought to fit properly. I was prepared to spend more money over and above the cost of the stroller to fit it out with accessories (even the most basic of which are sold separately), but after seeing the poor design, I won't be buying.

I've really tried to make this attachment fit better, but it's just not the right console for a double stroller. It scrunches up and is not sturdy AT ALL!

The cup holder is fairly sturdy and the compartments are a good size. They are large enough to carry money, keys, cell phone, lip balm, etc. Another reviewer mentioned that it's not large enough to keep a wallet in, and that is true. It's more for your odds and ends while you're out and about. The compartments are a good size though and they velcro shut to keep everything inside. Great item, I only wish it came with the strollers since it is a little pricey and baby jogger strollers are fairly expensive.

Perfect Fit for Single, December 2, 2009

I read all the reviews for the doubles and the console not fitting, I don't have that problem with the singles. I have the City Mini and this console fits perfectly on it. I especially like that since the City Mini folds up with one hand, and the console is collapsible, there is no issue with my stroller not folding all the way down like I might have with a hard plastic console. The drink holder is mesh, so summer drinks don't leave water inside to get moldy. The two pouches on the right close with velcro, one says it's a "cooler" though I haven't put this to use. Super easy to install, just velcroed on. I recommend this for the City Mini.

Pouches are too small, won't work with other accessories, January 8, 2009

Like the design of this, except the pouches are too small to hold my wallet. No idea why they didn't just make one pouch. I guess they were trying to make them into separate coolers, but I don't see how that would be any more useful than just having one larger pouch.

This is overpriced in my opinion- velcro is loud and only one drink holder- the sunshine kids one is less than half the price and is one large open space with opitions fo two or more drinks, or you can push them to the side if you need to put in larger items.

This extra addition is needed on the City Mini. It holds keys, drinks, bottles, phone, and other small items. I like the velcro compartments, keeps items safe and the cooler works!

Great Idea, Poor Execution, August 31, 2009

I am on my second city mini parent console (I have the single). After not even 2 months, the first one ripped and Baby Jogger sent me a new one (for the record, their customer service was really good).
After another 2 months, my second one is losing its shape and it is smushed and lopsided. I'm really disappointed because I really wanted a good place to put my phone, keys and a drink. I am a stay at home mom of an 8 month old and we use the stroller a lot.
Don't waste your money!

I love this console. It snaps onto the handle of the stroller and can hold a lot of stuff. I'll put my drink there and then my cellphone and keys and still have space for more. I also like that if it gets dirty - you can take it off and wash it in the machine without a problem.

Not the best fit for the double stroller, May 20, 2009

I love my baby jogger double stroller! I couldn't wait to get the parent console, however it is best suited for the single stroller. The wider handle on the double makes for an awkward fit for the parent console. Baby jogger should make two different consoles for single and double strollers. I do still use it, but fear my cell phone or a drink will tip over and fall to the ground.
