Convenient
We were traveling overseas and needing a booster seat for feedings. Bringing a high chair wasn't an option, and schelping a portable booster seat would have been too cumbersome. If we had a car, it probably wouldn't have been a big deal to schlep that all over the city, but between the baby, diaper bag and stroller, that was more than enough to lug around.

Does not fit chairs with high backs
This is a great idea, but most of the restaurants I go to have chairs with high backs so I wasn't able to use this. Wish we could adjust this for different chairs.

Convenient, May 16, 2009
We were traveling overseas and needing a booster seat for feedings. Bringing a high chair wasn't an option, and schelping a portable booster seat would have been too cumbersome. If we had a car, it probably wouldn't have been a big deal to schlep that all over the city, but between the baby, diaper bag and stroller, that was more than enough to lug around.
I was VERY hesitant to get this at first. It seemed weird that a piece of cloth would support my just barely 6 month old to sit upright. I'm glad I'm wrong. We tested it before we left. AWESOME. It's small, folds to be about a 4-stack of size 2 diapers. Very portable. Folds easily into the little sack it comes in. We used this with restaurant's booster seats. If you travel with an infant, people WILL give you weird looks like, no way your baby can sit in a booster, and they'll give you a high chair instead (argh). If you use My Little Seat with a booster in an adult chair, it will give your baby table height view of what's going on. My baby loved it!! Just make sure that the "back" strap you use to secure to the chair - to tie it through the booster seat rails to secure the booster to the chair.
Cons: It gets wrinkly easily. Not made for a tall child. My son was 24" when we used this and the harness straps seemed kinda short and he'd outgrow it within a few months.

Works Great, Easy to Travel with, and Son Likes It!!, December 6, 2009
I bought this to use for my 6 month old son at my Mother's house. It works great and packs up really nice. We have used it on a few different types of chairs and it has worked well.

Like a straitjacket--my child hates it!, May 5, 2010
Perhaps we started using this too late--our child was already 12 mos old when we finally tried one. I was so excited to see a solution to lugging a portable booster seat around. That said, it's hard to imagine our child ever tolerating it. My husband insisted after the first few tries that we just needed to get him to used to it. But, after 20 attempts I've finally given up. He cries, screams, twists and turns when I try to strap him in. I tried to use it on a family vacation and everyone started referring to it as his "straightjacket." Finally, he was so hysterical when sitting in it that he started pushing back from the table and almost pushed the chair over.
One other note--reviewers mentioned that it didn't work on high-backed chairs but, as other reviewers have pointed out, a cushion or phone book fixes that problem. Would that there were the only one! I also like how stylish it is--very pretty!

convenient but use with caution, March 22, 2010
I got this because my 1-year-old son likes to sit at the table like a big boy, but still can't sit there very safely by himself. The concept works well. But please use with caution. Sitting in the chair, his feet touch the panel/brace under the table top. He pushed off with his feet and tipped the chair backwards. Luckily my husband was sitting there with him or he would have gone all the way over. Just be sure your kid can't reach anything with his feet under the table. Also, if your chair is upholstered, you may want to put a towel down first because that can be a messy situation.

OK, but not great, February 3, 2010
I bought this travel high chair for an upcoming 3 week vacation. We tried it out on a weekend trip recently, and it's just OK. The fabric won't fit on some types of chairs. My main complaint, though, is that there is no padding at all behind the baby's head. It's just a thin piece of fabric on top of a wooden chair. My daughter banged her head into the chair a couple of times when she was excited, which doesn't hurt her when she does it at home in her padded high chair. I'm still keeping this for our trip because of how small it folds up, but I'll just have to be creative with some kind of padding under the cover.

I LOVE this product!, January 8, 2010
This has been one of my best baby purchases.
~ Works well for many ages and will grow with your child.
(I purchased this product when my child was just 5 months old. It worked well at even this young age. I continued to use it at home until I purchased a regular high chair. My son is now 7 months old and squirms around in it much more now but this seat is secure and holds my little guy safely.)
~ Light, Convenient, Easy for travel
(It is so light and easy to travel with, it fits nicely in my diaper bag and I like the little carry pouch it comes with. I even took it to Japan this year.)
~ Cleans Easily and is durable
(Above all, this seat is SO EASY TO CLEAN. I was initially worried about how it would clean up and wished that the straps were covered in vinyl, as my little one likes to chew on the straps while eating. To my surprise, after throwing it into the washing machine with no pretreatment all the food came out of the fabric. Even the white area looked new (I have the blue/white circle patterned one)!. After the was I put it in the dryer for 15 minutes on low heat, then hung it up to finish drying. After it dried, it was wrinkle free.)
***Please note, I have not tried similar items, as this was my first purchase of this type of product, it does it's job and met my expectations, so I have not felt the need to make any further purchases***

Great Travel Seat, April 22, 2009
This is a great travel seat for our son. Easy to carry in the diaper bag, easy to clean and so far, he's been nice and secure. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Use with caution, March 1, 2010
I bought this product because it seemed like a great way to pack a "high chair" on the plane for an extended vacation. We followed the directions exactly when setting everything up. Everything seemed fine until my son tried to reach for something on the floor. Then the entire contraption pulled off the chair and landed my son's face on the tile beneath. I tried to contact the company and have never received a response from them. Please be very careful when using this product!

Neat idea, July 21, 2010
Neat product, great for travel and when you just don't have space for the big high chair. Doesn't work well with high back chairs, you'll have to put a pillow or something under baby. Nice that it's washable & my 6mnth old seems to be comfy in it. I think this will be great for us, because we travel so much!
