Excellent customizable features
My review is for those who actually want a phone for its telephone features. I am middle-aged, don't text at all and I rarely use the camera. However, this is the best phone I've owned for ability to customize -- not only can you customize the 4 front buttons, but you can create a favorites menu as well. More cons then pros.
I'm very disappointed with this phone. This is BARELY three stars.
First off - most of my phone useage is talking and texting, with the occasional picture.
Pros: it seems pretty well-built, gets good reception, and is sleek looking
cons:
- you can't tell by looking at it if you've missed a call/text. You have to push a button to see...

Excellent customizable features, June 25, 2009
This review is from: LG CF360 Phone, Blue (AT&T) (Wireless Phone)
My review is for those who actually want a phone for its telephone features. I am middle-aged, don't text at all and I rarely use the camera. However, this is the best phone I've owned for ability to customize -- not only can you customize the 4 front buttons, but you can create a favorites menu as well. I like the non-slip grip surface and the slideout snaps firmly with a feeling of quality. Both your address book and speed dial list can be accessed with a touch of a button. The sound quality is loud both for calls and ringtones. Battery life is excellent, but again, I don't text. Buttons on the front serve dual purposes, such as a "hold" button and "speaker phone" instead of having buttons in all different places. I like the memory card slot at the top, so you don't have to open the battery compartment just to insert a memory card. Also has a USB port. I also like that it does not clutter your screen with icons that you will never use. I've owned Rzr, Samsung Eternity (which doesn't even have speed dial), Nokia 6550 (which runs hot), and this phone puts them all to shame when it comes to the basics. My only complaint is that this phone doesn't have voice command.

Great little phone, January 30, 2009
This review is from: LG CF360 Phone, Blue (AT&T) (Wireless Phone)
I received this phone 2 days ago from AT&T and am really impressed with it. Great reception, great call quality and great battery life. What more could you ask for? It's small and light, but still easy to press the numbers on the slider. Also, it has a nice non-slip feel to it. The phone connected right up to my Jawbone bluetooth headset with no problems. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Nice phone, but not for texing, and look out for the Xtra Charges they tack on, October 4, 2009
This review is from: LG CF360 Phone, Blue (AT&T) (Wireless Phone)
This phone is for people who hardly tex,its great for taking pictures and making and taking calls.{The pictures come out great, and its very easy to use}Just be carefull using some of the features like games etc..They charge you for everything almost, and if your going to buy this phone, beware of the hidden cost, like 20bucks for texing, and roadside assistence and voicedial.I think these people get a commision by putting these charges on without you knowing it,so ask before they start ringing up your bill.

More cons then pros., October 3, 2009
This review is from: LG CF360 Phone, Blue (AT&T) (Wireless Phone)
I'm very disappointed with this phone. This is BARELY three stars.
First off - most of my phone useage is talking and texting, with the occasional picture.
Pros: it seems pretty well-built, gets good reception, and is sleek looking
cons:
- you can't tell by looking at it if you've missed a call/text. You have to push a button to see if anything has happened
- the "OK" button, which is the center of everything, gets you automatically online
if you go to photos and hit ok - you get online. if you go to menu and hit ok, you get online. WTF. I DO NOT WANT TO GET ONLINE. The OK button is connected to every single button on the face of the damn phone. It's nearly impossible to avoid, and if you don't have a data plan, it's a very expensive mistake. You can change the shortcuts for every button except for ... guess which one? The OK button.
- Texting is difficult as the buttons are at the very bottom of the phone, and if you have hands bigger then Barbie, texting is slow and cumbersome
- the screen (which takes up about 2/3 of the face of the phone) is incredibly easy to damage. I've had it two weeks and already have a big chip on it, from I don't even know what.
- when you get a voicemail, it doesn't tell you who's call you missed until AFTER you listen to the voicemail. Thanks, phone. I think by the time I hear the message I know whose call I missed. Stupid.
- It's supposed to carry music, but it only has enough memory for 150 texts (sent and received) on it. So have fun buying a microdisc to go with it if you don't clean out your inbox/outbox all the time. Also it saves drafts from every single text message you abandon. So you get to clean that out, too.
- if you receive a picture, you can't zoom in on it unless you save it to the phone, go back to your pictures, and look at it. Try not to get on the internet when you do this. It has a big screen, but always has the photo facing landscape, so you can't see anything when something is sent.
- it takes video but wont' send it via a message, no matter how short. it does, however, receive small videos.
- if you want to see about a missed/received/dialed number, it's buried. (to see a missed call, go to options, then go to the bottom for recent calls, then hit the arrow button to the right. Don't look for something logical like "call log" or anything in your menu. Not there.)
Jeeze. Screw it. 2 stars.
I never should have gotten something other than a Nokia.

Good cell phone - lousy MP3 player, October 28, 2009
This review is from: LG CF360 Phone, Blue (AT&T) (Wireless Phone)
I purchased this phone from AT&T in August. The music player didn't work correctly and frequently froze the phone with a "Playback Error." Only fix was to remove the battery and reboot. AT&T was very good about replacing the phone, but the 2nd and 3rd phones I received had the same problem. I discussed with LG and they were no help at all. AT&T was very good and replaced it with the LG Xenon. This is a far superior phone - the MP3 playback is awesome and it actually works. Don't waste your time or money with the CF360 - buy the LG Xenon instead. The cell phone quality is amazing and the slide out keypad is good for email and texting (if you are into that). I just wanted a good cell phone with a good MP3 player and the Xenon is outstanding in that regard.

watch for data use, April 16, 2010
This review is from: LG CF360 Phone, Blue (AT&T) (Wireless Phone)
Front OK button is connected to the browser and it cannot be changed. It's very easy to hit the button to get connected and get charged for data. Don't buy this phone if you are not going to sign up for unlimited data.

Piece of Junk!, September 2, 2009
This review is from: LG CF360 Phone, Blue (AT&T) (Wireless Phone)
This phone has a great looks as well as features, no question about it. Being a previous owner of CU 500 which is a great phone, I like LG. However, this phone is a crap as far battery life is concerned. It drains battery so quickly irrespective of whether you use it or not. The charge lasts only for a couple of hours or just a day, if you're lucky-no matter you use it or not. It drains battery if you just keep it ON. I got fed up with this LG piece of crap, returned it to the AT&T store and got a Sony Ericson W 760a. Thanks to At & T for their easy return policy.
If somebody is not bothered about carrying a charger all the time with you, this phone is a great one with all magnitude of features. For me, it didn't work well.
